The 2020 QX50 Sensory was the 3rd business vehicle we bought from the WG Infiniti dealership. They found the model & color we wanted. Best purchase experience ever I buy a lot of vehicles for my business in fact bought 3 in the last two weeks. Time is critical to me and these guys got it done without wasting my time. I pulled in there lot as Blaze the salesman & his manager Paul were leaving, they had just locked up for the day. They didn't tell me come back tomorrow, they took about 20 min and talked with me about the vehicle I was looking for. The next morning they followed up with me as they said they would and took care of having the vehicle & paper work prepped and ready for me when I got there that evening. I drove the vehicle, it was everything they said and 30 min later I was on my way. Thank You Roy P. More

I worked with a salesman George Brown over the phone and text for two days.I asked him to please look over the car carefully to make sure there were no dents or scratches or anything that we should be aware of. We know that it is two years old and if there were some thing that should have been noted this was the time to let us know since we asked. I asked him if he could work with us a little on the price, he said he could not, he did not give us even one nickel off.As we are driving to the dealership I get a text from him and he informs me that it does not have the other key fob that we would only be getting one as opposed to 2 fobs.As we were driving we called our local Jeep dealer by our home and asked them how much it would cost to get a new fob and he said close to $400. We were shocked at how much they are, and felt he had 2 days to tell us!!! When we arrived at the dealership and looked over the vehicle we noticed that whoever had the car prior, ran over concrete and there was concrete all underneath the car but enough that you could see it. We noticed that it did not have ALL the floor mats, we noticed that it did not have a Tonneau which is a cover that you pull across and down in the trunk area to protect things from rolling all around when you're driving that is usually standard with the vehicle.It had a lot of Imperfections on the exterior that would have to be touched up along with 3 DENTS We felt that the salesman was not honest with us from the beginning, made us take a trip an hour and a half away from our home to tell us on the way "oh by the way we don't have an extra fob,"their were dents on the the hood, doors, and scratches on the front quarter panel clearly noticeable and a lot of touch up work, so we wanted to speak to the manager and his name was Paul Bracken we asked him what he could do for us. He said nothing. I said REALLY.....We came down for this vehicle and now you're telling us that we have to spend $400 for a fob plus get someone to try to scrape off cement that is visibly noticeable , have the dents addressed and the rest! Especially since I asked your salesman on the phone to please be honest with us. My husband and I could not believe it so we left and then realizing that we had given them a deposit over the phone for $500 We went back to make sure there were no discrepancies in our refund and the manager says are you sure you don't want the vehicle and I said I'm not paying another $400 for a fob especially since you did not come down a nickel on the vehicle. I can give you $100 off With an attitude. I said that was OK that we've decided against the vehicle. Oh the way home my husband and I said how disappointing we thought this dealership was all the way around.Stay as far away from this place as you can, they don't give you any kind of a discount whatsoever and their customer service is absolutely awful.The Sales Manager Paul Bracken was someone you did not want to REPRESENT YOUR COMPANY. Their job is to try and make a deal and make the Customer Happy , and the Salespersons job Is to be honest and forthcoming..To think We wasted 3 hours of our day.I did read their reviews prior they did not have good Rating we should have listened. More
