I have always waited for my vehicle when it is being serviced I find the customer lounge to be clean and comfortable and it provides snacks and bottled water. Unfortunately, They weren't able to get my vehicle washed and vacuumed due to a backup and I could not wait the 35 minutes I was quoted as a wait time. David Gomez came out and greeted us while we were browsing at the new QX60. He asked if we had any questions right away we said that we weren’t ready to buy and weren’t going to buy for atleast a few browsing at the new QX60. He still took the time to go over all the features with us mind you it was 98 degrees outside! His above and beyond customer service was excellent. We of course did not purchase the car but if we decide to go with Infiniti we will be sure to use David Gomez! More
