If there was no star I would of picked that. My car is still in service for 2 months. It has engine issues so the replaced motor, which took 2 months Ron called me the day I was suppose to pick My car is still in service for 2 months. I have always waited for my vehicle when it is being serviced I find the customer lounge to be clean and comfortable and it provides snacks and bottled water. Unfortunately, They weren't able to get my vehicle washed and vacuumed due to a backup and I could not wait the 35 minutes I was quoted as a wait time. David Gomez came out and greeted us while we were browsing at the new QX60. He asked if we had any questions right away we said that we weren’t ready to buy and weren’t going to buy for atleast a few browsing at the new QX60.
