After talking with Steve and learning about all of the Qx60's features, we were sold! We literally decided to buy the car right there and then. Best used car buying experience I've ever had Let me start by saying that I have not purchased many used cars (I've bought many new cars). The few times that I have bought used have generally been difficult experiences (fair price, car's reliability, seedy sales folks/owners etc). However, after researching and deciding on the right used car for my daughter, we settled on getting her a late model Subaru, and started our search with a budget in mind. After looking at, and driving several, I came across a 2012 Legacy on the Infiniti of Warwick website. My experience had been that these cars move quickly at Subaru and used car dealerships, so I called 1st thing Saturday morning (15 minutes before they opened). Fortunately, Steve Romjue answered the call and was able to confirm that the car was on the lot and available for a test drive. My wife and I arrived at the dealership about an hour later and were greeted by Steve. He was well prepared for us, having the keys to the car ready to go so that we could take a look at it. Steve left us alone with it for a bit so we could look it over and see if we wanted to take it out for a drive. The car was actually more than we were looking for and just over the very top of our price range, but we decided that we would take it for a drive. We really liked the car, and after a very small amount of negotiation, got it within our budget and purchased it on the spot. Steve was extremely helpful, never pushy, and made the experience of buying this car so easy, I would without hesitation, buy another car from him and this dealership again. They got the car prepped (great job BTW!) and ready to go with us in just over an hour (Steve even recommended a great place for lunch!). It really felt much closer to a new car buying experience rather than used. Follow-ups by Steve have also been very professional and not at all overbearing or unwelcome. Even after the sale, Steve has been very helpful, explaining the warranty to me when I had questions. Thank you Steve for your guidance, professionalism, and extremely helpful demeanor! In my opinion he is the definition of customer service. First Steve listened to our needs then he scheduled an appointment with us. Upon arrival he was finishing up with another customer but no fear, urged us to sit in the vehicle and get a feel for it as we were to test drive and prepare any questions we might have. Thankfully our negotiation was relatively pain free with really no pressure tactics, simple conversation with a respectful opportunity to counter. Upon completion of the deal Steve explained who we were to meet and how the purchase would be finalized. Upon pickup Steve scheduled a 1.5 hour time frame to completely explain the car and all of the features. To me this is the definition of customer service and why we will trust Steve Romjue with our future purchases. RC More

In my particular experience, I initially was curious what the documentation fee was since I had been negotiating with another Infiniti dealership. After hearing about Infiniti of Warwick's very reasonable documentation fee (which was less than half that of the other dealership I was in contact with), I asked if Warwick could match the price quote that I had. After being told that they could match the price if I was able to stop in to the dealership that same day, I was genuinely impressed. We setup an appointment to test drive the vehicle I was interested in and sure enough the car was parked out front and warmed up when I arrived. Steve was extremely helpful and always very pleasant to work with throughout the whole experience. There was absolutely no aggravation involved and the process was extremely smooth. Brenda was also very pleasant and worked hard to help me determine which extended warranty option was best for the driving that I would be doing. I'm extremely grateful to the sales manager as well, even though I never met him. Without him agreeing to match the other dealership's quote, which was a pretty aggressive price, I may not have a new Q50 in my driveway and would have missed out on a great experience at a great dealership. Overall, the entire experience was extremely smooth and by far one of the best experiences I have had with a dealership. More
