Dave Gomez was my salesperson and he was friendly, courteous and informative. The service consultant was very helpful explaining the need to keep my car longer than anticipated as the heater core part needed to be ordered. Entire experience with Steve Romjue was 5 stars — if we could rate 6 stars we would. We came in with no intention of purchasing and Steve’s friendly demeanor made us feel right at home. He let us take the qx30 we researched for a test drive. We gave Steve our license and on we went familiarizing ourselves with the car. On the way back we decided to hold off on purchasing and Steve told us absolutely no pressure he would make himself available when we are ready. Several weeks later we wrote back to Steve saying we were interesting in the car and financing. He sent us the form through email and we sent them back to Brenda in finance. Brenda had approved us and we decided to go ahead with the purchase. On the day of signature and delivery we noticed their was an issue on the purchase price. Steve immediately knew it had been in error and sent it back to Brenda to fix the purchase agreement without hesitation. With the corrected price Brenda was able to drop our interest rate on the spot - so we added a wrap extended warranty with the savings. We were in our qx30 and on our way. Thanks again Brenda for lowering our rate and Steve, rest assured our Infiniti referrals will be sent to you. More
I give this dealership one star, and that's because of the salesman. other than that, be weary and stay away, like FAR AWAY. I purchased a certified 2015 Infiniti QX60 fully loaded with only a little over the salesman. other than that, be weary and stay away, like FAR AWAY. I purchased a certified 2015 Infiniti QX60 fully loaded with only a little over fifty thousand miles. From the time I left the dealership I incurred nothing but PROBLEMS. IT started with the front dash, A loud rattling noise coming inside the front of the radio, took it back to the dealer the next day for consult, they found the problem instead of replacing the broken object, they repaired it with felt tape. about a month later the problem reoccurred, again they repaired it with felt tape, within the next seven months, the transmission went. and had they had to replace my transmission with a new one, they replace my steering wheel pump because I driving on the highway with my children and the steering wheel LOCKED on me at sixty miles per HR, scaring me and family to death. The steering wheel pump was leaking and had to be replace . and after that the valve body had to be replace. All four rotors had to be replaced, the driver's side window would go down and not come back up, the driver's side kick panel lights had to be replaced. The driver's side heated and air condition seat MALFUNCTIONED and to be repaired. The secondary coolant fan stops working and had to be replaced. Mind you this vehicle was supposedly CERTIFIED BY INFINITI, WHICH AFTER SPEAKING TO A CERTIFIED MECHANIC WHO STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS PUSHED THRU CERTIFICATION JUST ENOUTH TO PASS WITHOUT REALLY BEING CERTIFIED.
