Cameras on my Infiniti were no longer working. They charged me $177.00 to perform a diagnostic on the car. They still didn't fix it. Offered me an Uber to get home instead of a rental car because They charged me $177.00 to perform a diagnostic on the car. They still didn't fix it. Offered me an Uber to get home instead of a rental car because they needed to do further diagnostic work to figure out the problem. No thanks!! I asked them to just check the motor that operates the camera to see if it was working properly. That required further diagnostic work. I think they don't know what they're doing. It would end up costing me another $177.00 to further diagnose the problem. And if it is the camera motor, I was told that would cost $2,400.00. They are a total rip-off. More
