SCAMMERS. STAY FAR AWAY. I WOULD NEVER WRITE A REVIEW, BUT THIS HAS TO BE SAID TO PROTECT THE NEXT PERSON THINKING THEY BOUGHT A GOOD CAR, ESPECIALLY WOMEN. THEY SOLD ME A DAMAGED 2017 Q60, AND IN THE WO BUT THIS HAS TO BE SAID TO PROTECT THE NEXT PERSON THINKING THEY BOUGHT A GOOD CAR, ESPECIALLY WOMEN. THEY SOLD ME A DAMAGED 2017 Q60, AND IN THE WORDS OF SALES MANAGER ERIK “UNSAFE CAR” (REAR SUSPENSION DAMAGE THAT NOT EVEN THEIR MECHANIC COULD FIX). I WENT TO 3 CAR PROFESSIONALS, MECHANIC, BODY SHOP AND TIRE ALIGNMENT AND THEY ALL SAID IT WAS DAMAGED AND I EVEN PROVIDED PAPERWORK THAT SHOWED PROOF. THEN BROUGHT IT BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP WHERE THEY TOLD ME THEY CHECKED IT TWICE (WHILE TRYING TO SAY MAYBE I DID IT, WHEN I BOUGHT ON A FRIDAY NIGHT AND RETURNED BY TUESDAY) + BROUGHT THE FIRST MECHANIC OUT TO ASSURE ME I WAS WRONG SINCE HE CHECKED IT, AND THE 3RD TIME FINALLY THE SECOND MECHANIC ADMITTED IT WAS DAMAGED AFTER I WAS BACK THERE WATCHING THEM “CHECK” THE CAR. TO WHICH I WAS FINALLY REFUNDED, OBVIOUSLY. PLUS IT WAS MISSING A SPARE TIRE AND DIDN’T HAVE RUN FLAT TIRES AS STATED BY THE SALES ASSOCIATE. ALSO, THE WHOLE FRONT AND PASSENGER SIDES HAD BEEN REMOVED AND REPAINTED AND WAS NOT STATED AT TIME OF PURCHASE- WAS TOLD THERE WAS A SMALL SCRATCH THAT HAD BEEN REPAINTED. PLUS FINANCE DEPT- BEN- SAID I COST THEM 4K WHICH IS INSANE BASED ON WHAT I WAS PUT THROUGH AND WASN’T MY FAULT, BECAUSE I HADDDD TO RETURN IT!!!! SO RUDE AND DISGUSTING. RAY WAS THE ONLY HELPFUL ONE TO MAKE SURE I GOT MY REFUND AFTER THEY WOULD NOT PAY ME THE DAY OF AND HAD TO UBER ME AN HOUR HOME. TRULY THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. WANT TO NOTE- THEY WILL TRY TO TELL YOU IF YOU DIDN’T “PAY FOR THE OPTION TO RETURN” THEN YOU CAN’T, EVEN WITHIN 2 DAYS. WHICH SHOWS WHAT KIND OF PLACE THIS IS. More

This dealer has provided me and my family with the worse car dealership experience ever. They had another customer and myself negotiating pricing for the same car at the same time. Cheated at service department I purchased a used Infiniti M35 from another dealer. About a month into ownership, the brakes were shuddering. Took it to Infiniti of Valencia. The I purchased a used Infiniti M35 from another dealer. About a month into ownership, the brakes were shuddering. Took it to Infiniti of Valencia. They said that in addition to the brakes, the driver's chair was coming lose from the frame of the vehicle, the drive belts where broken and just flapping around inside, and fan shroud was broken. This would cost me $2,400 to fix. I didn't have that kind of money and so I had them fix the brakes only. I took the vehicle to a non-dealership mechanic. He agreed that the fan shroud was lose, but he took out the drive belts and showed me that they were not broken at all, just a bit cracked--they definitely wouldn't have been "flapping around". He also said that he could find nothing wrong with the driver's seat. Will not be taking my vehicle back to Infiniti of Valencia, even though there is no other Infiniti dealership in my area. More

From my initial experience buying the car at Parkway to multiple service visits, I have always found Parkway staff to be reliable, pleasant and competent to deal with. This is a dealership I trust, which is something I can't say about everyone I've encountered in the past. One of the dealership's best assets is Kathy, who answers the phone and handles payments. It's amazing that someone could make such a positive impression in these roles, but she manages to do it (even though I didn't get the cookies others have mentioned). More
