I was approved for lease for a 2022 audi Q5 in Audi santa monica but decided to look for an elegant suv with lesser price. I found 2019 Infiniti QX50 in this dealership. A rediculous 15% interest rate was sl monica but decided to look for an elegant suv with lesser price. I found 2019 Infiniti QX50 in this dealership. A rediculous 15% interest rate was slapped on my face bcoz according to the scam experia I have 622 credit score. I said why not use transunion i have 720 score ran by audi last week. To make the story short walked out from the dealership and went straight to audi santa monica and got my 2019 Audi Q5 with a 4% interest rate on that same day. This is a concrete example of two contrasting dealership. Audi was very efficient and valued customer care while Infiniti valencia I dont know what I gonna call you guys.you know it Erick. More

Great experience! They keep updated with the status of your car through text. The wait wasn’t long either for an oil change. You can sit inside and drink coffee and watch tv while you wait.
