I was approved for lease for a 2022 audi Q5 in Audi santa monica but decided to look for an elegant suv with lesser price. I found 2019 Infiniti QX50 in this dealership. A rediculous 15% interest rate was slapped on my face bcoz according to the scam experia I have 622 credit score. I said why not use transunion i have 720 score ran by audi last week. To make the story short walked out from the dealership and went straight to audi santa monica and got my 2019 Audi Q5 with a 4% interest rate on that same day. This is a concrete example of two contrasting dealership. Audi was very efficient and valued customer care while Infiniti valencia I dont know what I gonna call you guys.you know it Erick. More

When I was in the process of buying the 2020 Infinity QX60 I felt that people were telling me whatever they thought I wanted to hear just to make a sale, for example that I could add Navigation and Apple QX60 I felt that people were telling me whatever they thought I wanted to hear just to make a sale, for example that I could add Navigation and ApplePlay after my purchase and when I went into finance saying I had to buy MWS of CA for $3,995 and a Infinity Maintenance for $1,795 that I didn’t need or want, but meant I didn’t get anything for my trade. I will never buy another car from Infinity of Valencia. I am currently actively seeking how I trade this my purchase due to the unsatisfactory experience and my dissatisfaction with your sales department and the Finance Manager. More
