We visited several dealerships as we had narrowed our search to a handful. Sonny is the one who helped us from the get go and he listened to everything we wanted and most importantly what we did not want search to a handful. He was able to answer all of our questions without trying to "sell us" the vehicle. He really took the time to help us get the information we needed in order to make the best decision for us. Go and ask for Sonny, you wont regret it! Also Ray (sales manager) and Giovanny were awesome in helping us close the deal, the whole team just comes together to help each other and most importantly YOU! More

The employees were kind and knowledgeable about our car. They took the time to answer all of our questions. When the part they ordered, turned out to be the wrong part, they gave us a rental car for the nig They took the time to answer all of our questions. From the moment I walked in to the time my car was completely serviced I received genuine care for my vehicle and professional courtesy to me. I was provided transportation from the dealership to my h completely serviced I received genuine care for my vehicle and professional courtesy to me. I was provided transportation from the dealership to my home and again when the vehicle was ready to be picked up. All of the employees that I had contact with were professionally dressed and their language was impeccable. I will definitely continue to use Valencia Infinite for my vehicle needs. My Service Advisor, Samuel Sandoval was professional every step of the way and kept me informed as to what they were doing for the vehicle. The worst dealership in the entire state of California. Went to purchase our vehicle at the end of lease and the manager RAY BOROUMAND was trying to force me to buy an extended warranty at the tune of $150 Went to purchase our vehicle at the end of lease and the manager RAY BOROUMAND was trying to force me to buy an extended warranty at the tune of $150 a month for 6 years. At 1st he said I had to consider it and I after I declined, he said I had to, or he won't sell me the car. Is this even legal? Consulting our lawyer on this! More
