Bought a used JX 35 we love it. Problem is it came with 2 key fobs, and only one was programmed to our vehicle. They offered to reset the fob to our SUV as a courtesy for 1/2 price Problem is it came with 2 key fobs, and only one was programmed to our vehicle. I think if I buy a car off of a dealership lot with 2 fobs, I shouldn’t have to pay $115 to get them both to work. More

I originally was just going to look at the vehicle, evaluate it along with 3 other cars at different dealerships the next day. Because of this young man’s professionalism, knowledge and especially the respectful way he treated me, I decided to buy this car from him. He has a positive attitude and thrust for knowledge that exudes wisdom beyond his years. The Rouge was everything I was looking for and at a very reasonable price. I want to thank Infiniti of Valencia for the experience, and for taking advantage of this exceptional salesman. Continue on with your education Gonzo and don’t give up your interest in history. My wife and son went in and fell in love with one of their cars. They agreed on a price and terms, then went to financing to complete the purchase. About 4 pages into signing, the financing manager pull their cars. They agreed on a price and terms, then went to financing to complete the purchase. About 4 pages into signing, the financing manager pulled out an extended warranty for $3500 and said to sign. My wife asked where this came from and the finance manager asked, "The salesmen didn't tell you about this?" and left the room. When he came back, he removed the warranty charge but said that they were going to charge $1400 for an alarm (that we never ordered nor wanted) and $400 for door guards. My wife said that no one had mentioned these charges before sitting in finance. The finance manager said it is a mandatory fee and that they won't remove it. An hour after leaving, we got a call saying that they would drop the price $200. I complained to the general manager and never heard back. Avoid this dealer if you value your wallet. There are other dealers in Southern California that don't surprise you with hidden and mandatory add-on fees in finance. More
