After the deal was finalized, I visited the dealership, met the staff, signed paperwork and was able to leave in a matter of an hour. No overselling or gimmick and whole transaction was very smooth. I couldn't be more pleased with the attitudes of all the people I interacted with, from the Sales Consultant, Micky Krunsbruner, the Personal Assistant, Travis Lee, the Service Consultants, Julio Ramirez and Alba Ramirez, and EVERYONE ELSE that I had the pleasure of interacting with and don't have their names. They made doing business with them more of a pleasure than the normal dreaded event. The Q40 is my 4th Infiniti with this dealership. I wouldn't have come back if I wasn't pleased with the customer service!!!! More

My lease is up soon for my convertible and I will be back to T.O to get another one out, I can't see myself or family going to any other dealer I just love the GM Ms. Donna Williams a very nice, smart lady who makes anyone feel like family. Service staff always aware of what needs to be done, I am very protective of my car and they pamper me and my car.... I always send all my friends to Thousand Oaks because I know they will all be treated the way I have been with respect and dignity.
