Extremely nice dealership in all aspects of the operation! The facility is gorgeous and very accommodating as far as great coffee from their coffee/espresso bar and lots of other beverages to choos operation! When you experience purchasing a vehicle at Infinity Of Tampa or having service done, you suddenly realize the pampering they do for you while you’re there is not at all related to keeping you in the dealership like most dealerships! The buying or leasing process is extremely professional and done in a very organized and timely manner. When it comes to service, my experience has always been extremely positive getting anything done to my Infiniti Q50 (which has been limited to oil changes only as my car has never had issue) and Eddie Diaz has always been a pleasure to work with. Last but not least I’d like to say that I’m extremely happy with Carlos Lima, who has been my sales professional twice. Oops, and I’d like to say that my two finance professionals were extremely transparent and very organized through the process and the first time I worked with Jacob Romp, Second, and this most recent purchase was completed in the finance department by Bryan Rios.
