Hahahaha, We will be reaching out, but if you haven't herd from us call the general manager? So, obviously your admitting you are horrible at returning phone calls. You just proved my point. I've been calling but cannot get someone with answers on the phone. Just keep leaving messages. You are required to pay off trade in within 10 days. I get it. It's a huge error. Your scared to have to make that phone call. You can't formulate an excuse that would explain this. It's easier to respond here. Unfortunately, someone has to pull up their big boy pants and face the situation. That's what real people in management does. Thank you for proving my point about how unprofessional and disorganized this dealership is. I hope the owner sees this and realizes that the management here isn't doing a very good job before it's too late.
