I have been servicing my car at this dealership for 21 years. G35, M35 and more recently my Q60. I brought my Q60 in because of a nail in my tire and overdue service. Check in took 40 minutes even though years. G35, M35 and more recently my Q60. I brought my Q60 in because of a nail in my tire and overdue service. Check in took 40 minutes even though I was the only one in the service bay. And as my service advisor said the stars aligned and I was able to get a loaner. Which had never been an issue in the past and typically took 15 minutes. Recommended services were more than expected but moved forward with most, including 2 tires because the front ones were worn due to low pressures, which my advisor mentioned several times. (Important fact later) When I picked up my car, sticker shock was the least of my feelings. The price of labor is always expensive at the dealership but I have always paid it because of the quality of service I have received. But it has never been at this level of absurdity. For a service tech bill to average $500 per hour, you would think that that their superior skill would also include to check my tires pressures especially since I bought 2 tires. Yet when I drove off the lot 3 were under pressure and 1 is actually over pressure. Concerning since my advisor stressed several times I could not plug my tire because of the worn tread because of low pressures. An extremely disappointing service visit. And have to say it is definitely not the same service level that I have experienced in the past. More

The personnel are always friendly, helpful and courteous. I have never felt disrespectful or disregarded at this dealership, and I have been there many times over the last twelve years.
