Took my car in for a warranty repair but the company won’t warranty my car as I bought it pre owned and the previous owner didn’t take care of the car like they were supposed to. I’ve come inside the dealership and bought plenty of things to help maintain the car but it finally broke down. The GM won’t even return my wife nor my calls to discuss this issue further. Very frustrating and disappointing experience with this company. More

Renewed a lease in November of 2023. A couple of months later I received several negative hits on my credit report, including one missed payment and three credit inquiries. The sales tea A couple of months later I received several negative hits on my credit report, including one missed payment and three credit inquiries. The sales team at Tampa Infinity admitted that the original lease was never “grounded properly”, resulting in the payment request on the old lease. They also partially blamed infinity finance for the additional credit inquiries. Tampa Infinity sales team assured me that they would follow up and that the late payment would fall off of my credit report. Infinity finance assured me that they would work with the dealer to remove the unnecessary credit inquiries from my credit report. It’s been 6 months and neither have happened. The sales team never answers the phone and are not interested in hearing from me unless I am purchasing from them. Overall disappointing experience and poor customer service. More
