After waiting three solid hours to finish paperwork to pick up a car we purchased, they harassed me to sit and write a review of the experience. I declined. They harassed me for days after. The buying experience was less than ideal. It started out fine. They sent photos of the car and followed up in a pretty pushy way - wanting me to fly down to pick it up the day after Thanksgiving when there were no flights to be had. I flew down on Monday, was there half the day - which seemed like a little much while they detailed it - which should have been done already and filled out endless copies of forms. A week later, someone in their titles department called to verify that she was removing my husband from the registration of our other car and moving the license plate. WHAT? The new car had a new license plate. There was no reason for her to be touching the other car's registration at all! Well, today I tried to renew the registration on our other car and found out that she removed the license plate from it entirely! Now, I need to re-register the car and CANNOT drive it until the state processes it Pushy, salesy, inept, rude. I don't know what else to say. Oh, I called the service department to respond to one of the endless emails and was told, "I don't know what you bought! You'll have to call back and talk to Finance." I definitely would not recommend this dealership. No value for your time. And, to remove the license plate from my other car? No competent person would do that. The woman at the DMV just kept saying, "I don't even know what they did here." More

Promised to reimburse for failed alternator. Come to find out they did not tighten positive battery leads, so truck battery was melting, almost started truck on fire. Also payed for out state lisence plate, dont have those either. All talk no action, stay away from Ifiniti of Tampa. More
