Buyer Beware read the fine PRINT Please!! I had bought a car in 2020 . I paid for Elite Warranty that was 2700. On 11/22/24 Car*** Li** called me and said you are due for an upgrade. That night the transmission started acting up . I made a service appointment . The warranty from a car I had for 4 yrs last year my warranty was up . To fix my car it would cost 4400 plus other things to the sum of over 8000. They told me the car had warranty for pre certified and my elite warranty all expired??? So I want to see the man who’s called me and Jinxed me. He was in full Salesman mode Using Predatory Sales Tactics on me . Now I lost everything in. Helene . Now I lost my car . They threw me into a car I didn’t even want but I was so depressed after two days I said I changed my mind . I want my car back . They told me the law is once you sign the contract you can’t get out of it . Crying begging for my car back to Anth*** Peyi****** . Telling me the Salesman needs to retire. So my car was gone and I was stuck with this car. I went to the BBB ,Consumers Affairs and General Attorney office also . Ale* Gl****** met with me and seen that the two people finagled the paperwork to approve me . And offered me 1000 and to give him two month's & he will find me an alternative car. Soo all my equity in my car went to the lease I lost 18,000 dollars..They told me I had 7000. In this lease. Never heard back they avoided my calls . So they weren’t going to help me . I went down there I saw An**** and he sat down. I told him I returning the car . He told me he can’t take it back . Then told me he saw my review on Google and he said I could say a lot about you. How professional is he? None I say.!! Then I asked him about the thousand dollars he goes I have to look into that. Then tells me I don’t feel safe in my office with you cornering me ???? What !!! I was standing by the desk and he was sitting in his desk. I don’t know how I was cornering him, and I was not being aggressive ..Then he goes. If you don’t leave, I’m calling the cops.. Please read the fine print and make sure you get everything printed out because they can change things cause they like to give PDF files to you and not the real thing So they can change things. So on my warranty on my old car that I had to give up because they use predatory sales tactics and knew that I didn’t have the money to fix it so they scammed me into a lease without me realizing I’m new to this song and I believe that they were looking out for my best interest and the salesman bee lined for what he wanted to get me into and never heard anything I said . Be careful now I got a car that I got a voluntarily repo because these mean people know it’s a brand new car but they don’t wanna buy it back from me . Waiting for the Attorney General‘s office to respond back to me .I’m gonna sue them for what they put me through a d their illegal tactics. Buyer Beware Definitely not an honest Dealership… More
The customer service at Infiniti of Tampa Bay has declined since 2020. I just purchased my third Infiniti and I will not use them unless I have to. My vehicle started having problems in front of thei declined since 2020. I just purchased my third Infiniti and I will not use them unless I have to. My vehicle started having problems in front of their dealership so I pulled in. It took someone 40 minutes to address me to tell me they needed to do a diagnostic on my car. (The lobby was pretty empty). There were no loaner cars and the lyft never showed up. As a result I waited outside for approximately 40 minute until my friend picked me up. The end of the story is I had to rent a car to drive myself to Infiniti of Clearwater where I purchased a $60,000 vehicle cash. Because of Infiniti of Tampa Bay lack customer service I will not purchase a vehicle from them. More
