INFINITI of Tallahassee - Service Center

I made my appointment at Kraft Infiniti Tallahassee FL for a check engine light. I was told I needed another oil change even though my oil was still good from my last oil change. I was told I had chunks o for a check engine light. I was told I needed another oil change even though my oil was still good from my last oil change. I was told I had chunks of my car tire missing, I ask if I can purchase now and was told there were none available with out even looking for them. They returned my car partially put back together, missing 5 clips along front passenger tire well and engine compartment. I was recommended that I replace spark plugs and pcv valve but I just had those replaced three weeks earlier at Bondy Nissan of Dothan, AL. This is my worst experience at any Infiniti Dealership by far. More

Waiting for service to be rendered on my vehicle is not a hassle because the waiting area is clean and relaxing.
