Initial Mistake Was Corrected With Class Prior to Kraft’s purchase, I bought a package of oil changes from Napleton Infiniti where it was “buy one get two free” for both my F-150 and Ford Exp Prior to Kraft’s purchase, I bought a package of oil changes from Napleton Infiniti where it was “buy one get two free” for both my F-150 and Ford Expedition. This visit was my first free one for the F-150. Upon arrival, I was told Kraft will not honor the prior deal I had purchased but would go ahead and give me one of them as good will. However, upon my complaint, the dealership has showed class and is going to honor the prior agreement. No further questions. They did the right thing and I will continue to do business with them. Their staff are very courteous and knowledgeable. More

Emergency repair while traveling fro Sarasota to Ft. Worth T Driving on I-10 we suddenly had something flapping underneath the car. Luckily we were right by the Infinit dealer. Dylan immediately understood the need to quickly determine the issue and got us in a bay and a mechanic to take a look. It turned out to be the undercarriage splash guard had not bee properly secured after an oil change (done by someone else). The appropriate screws and plastic fasteners were obtained and used to secure the splash guard. They then washed the car. We were back on the road traveling to Tx within 40 minutes of pulling into the Infiniti dealer. Excellent service. More
