Customer satisfaction ultimate goal. Scheduled my M37 for 100,000 mile check up, had all fluids exchanged and during the process mechanic discovered a leaking head gasket. Head gasket rep Scheduled my M37 for 100,000 mile check up, had all fluids exchanged and during the process mechanic discovered a leaking head gasket. Head gasket replaced, still leaking, replaced head gasket again, not leaking, great. Paid the invoice and drove the car home. The next day, as I started the engine the "check engine" light appeared on display panel. Called INFINITI of Tallahassee, the dealer sent Scott, picked up my vehicle provided me with a loaner and repaired the head gasket a third time with no charge to the customer. That's what I called going above and beyond. More

First Service I was somewhat nervous about taking my vehicle for service. I feel like they always want you to get something "extra". Although, it was time for a cou I was somewhat nervous about taking my vehicle for service. I feel like they always want you to get something "extra". Although, it was time for a couple of things to be done I didn't feel pressured into getting the services done at that time. Scott explained what sevices are recommended at my mileage but did not go on and on about why I should have it done that day. I really appreciated that, and that's the reason I decided to have my vehicle serviced at that time. Teresa, the shuttle driver, has the best customer service and interpersonal skills that I've seen in a long time. More

I still don't have an oil change on my vehicle and becasue of your lack of service I have to take off work again for a service that should have been completed in the timeframe given. More
