We never considered purchasing an Infiniti much less looked at them before. Due to circumstances beyond our control, at the time we need another vehicle due to issues with our other vehicle. We had visited three other dealerships and by the time we got to Kraft Nissan of Tallahassee, FL., we were not happy people. They placed a very patient salesperson with us and we know that she read our faces when introduced. She listened to what our needs are and matched us up with a certified pre-owned QX50. In the 14 months we have owned this vehicle, we are VERY pleased with the QUALITY of the vehicle. These vehicles are highly intelligent and we strongly recommend learning whatever Infiniti you purchase. Also maintenance costs are reasonable and comparable to many other makes/models. More

They are not honest at all well at least they weren’t to me. Charged me the price of new tires for secondhand tires. Slightly damaged my rim while balancing and rotating them. I made my appointment at Kraft Infiniti Tallahassee FL for a check engine light. I was told I needed another oil change even though my oil was still good from my last oil change. I was told I had chunks o for a check engine light. I was told I needed another oil change even though my oil was still good from my last oil change. I was told I had chunks of my car tire missing, I ask if I can purchase now and was told there were none available with out even looking for them. They returned my car partially put back together, missing 5 clips along front passenger tire well and engine compartment. I was recommended that I replace spark plugs and pcv valve but I just had those replaced three weeks earlier at Bondy Nissan of Dothan, AL. This is my worst experience at any Infiniti Dealership by far. More
