My wife was search on the internet and found a used Infiniti QX60 she wanted to see. I just got finished working in the yard. Without changing my clothes, we jumped in the car and went to Infiniti of Tallahassee. There we met the most amazing salesman I have every dealt with. His name is Ed Baker. Ed quickly got the keys to the car and got us off on our test drive. After the test drive he proceeded to escort us into the building to his desk. He treated us Professionally and with the most Respect during the negotiation of the purchase of the QX60. He was very Attentive thru the whole process. Now you have to understand, I am in my dirty clothes from working in the yard. He never treated me as if I couldn't afford the car and anything. He was dress very professional in a suit. He treated me as if I was wearing suit also. I will refer everyone I know to Ed Baker. This is to the Kraft Brothers: You need to do whatever it takes keep Ed Baker as an employee of Infiniti of Tallahassee. Ed Baker is the model that you need to use in hiring and training of your sales people. I would love to talk to the Kraft Bothers or anyone in management about my experience with Ed Baker. I just bought a Lexus GX460 from Will Drake at Infiniti in Tallahassee. Super nice guy... not your typical pushy car dealer. I spoke with him 2 days ago and he had all the paperwork set up for me when I ar in Tallahassee. Super nice guy... not your typical pushy car dealer. Will even baby sat and installed my car seat for me while I was at the dealership going through the finance process, detailing, etc. I can’t say enough about this guy. He’s awesome!!! More
