Great selection on vechiles. Shea was knowledgeable and very friendly. Answered all of our questions, and there was no pressure of a sale. Wonderful and no pressure exprerience. Negotiated a price for a new 2011 Infiniti FX WITH the tech package, which was something I really wanted and would not have agreed to buy a car without it. Traded-in a car and paid cash for balance. A wee tech package, which was something I really wanted and would not have agreed to buy a car without it. Traded-in a car and paid cash for balance. A week or two after I purchased the car, I finally had an opportunity to take it out on the highway to check out the tech package and found I did not have it. I was very upset, because that was the one thing I had been very specific about wanting and was absolutely told it had it by the salesperson, Rob Blease. When I called the dealership and spoke with Jeff Bryson, I was told Rob was no longer employed there, and that the tech package could not be added. Jeff offered to take my car back, get me another one with the tech package, but said I would have to pay another $2,900 for the tech package - which I had already paid for. Jeff insisted that I didn't pay for the tech package, but judging from online prices I've found, I most definitely did. And, regardless of what I paid, I was given a price for the car with the package, I paid that price, and I did not get it. And, strangely enough, the window sticker was nowhere to be found. Apparently, it was removed from the car when they cleaned it up, and they did not put it in the car. To be as fair as possible, I believe the salesperson deliberately deceived me, and I think the brand-new dealership was caught in a bad situation that was not their fault. Nevertheless, they chose not to do the right thing, and I got ripped off. By the way, I bought the car on July 8, 2011. It is now August 30, and I still do not have a title. Again, in the interest of fairness, Jeff claims the dealership was a victim of circumstance in that the DMV processed the title under Prestige Infiniti instead of Napleton's, and that is why there was, and continues to be, a delay. But, really, it's been 53 days! More
