Horrible experience from day one! Bought a used Maxima from them and felt a vibration during the test drive but they assured me it was nothing and that they would fix it no matter what. Well.......turns o from them and felt a vibration during the test drive but they assured me it was nothing and that they would fix it no matter what. Well.......turns out all 4 rims were bent beyond repair and I found out after the fact that they knew ahead of time and lied to me about it and gave me a huge run around. Nick the GM was very rude to me and treated me as if I had done something wrong, as did most of the others in the service department. After they finally replaced the rims once again my car started vibrating and making noises......turns out they put the wrong parts on while replacing the rims and messed up my roaters etc.. They never appoligized or acted as if they had done anything wrong through the entire process. The service department has not been nice or helpful at all. During the process of getting replacement rims Bob the service manager was however nice and helpful. Im afraid he is one of a kind at Napleton infiniti and does not seem to fit in with the rest. The day I took it back with complaints of vibratins and noises and they told me it was my roaters, I explained to them once again that I live an hour away but I work in Tally and cannot just leave work multiple times in a shift (I am a nurse at the hospital) and explained that i do not get off work until after 7pm...... other times I have taken my car in they have left it by the service dept. with the keys for me to pick my car up after closing. I thought this time was explained well to them and would be the same.....so I get there at 7:33pm to pick up my car and it is parked out by the road and unlocked! No keys anywhere, called inside and 1 person left inside in the showroom but service dept is closed. This one person has no idea that I am coming to get my car or where my keys are.....she takes my # and has Ryan from service dept. call me and he says someone is trying to locate my keys.........finally @ 8:15pm Ryan pulls into the parking lot driving fast and angry and runs into building and gets my keys drops them in the my hand and walks off. I ask him for an explanation as to why I have been standing in the cold and dark for 45 min after working a 12hr shift and I live 1 hr away........he says we close @ 7:30 and started to walk off. No care or concern at all! He knows I live 1 hr away, I have spoke to him multiple times.....I asked if he though that I was not comming to pick my car up that day and he said "correct". My response "so you just leave my car out by the road unlocked" his response "that was the tech, not me". Again no accountability at all! I asked him how he thought that I was suppose to drive back to perry? No response from him, no apology nothing!May I remind you that the only reason my car is in the shop is beacuse they screwed up something and my car was running horribly and vibrating and making noises and I was scared in my 1hr ride to work that my car was going to be damaged. In the end they have fixed most of the issues BUT I have had to fight for it all and have been treated horribly the whole time! All they care about is the SALE, once its done there done. I love my car because it 's beautiful, but I dread the day I stepped foot on Napleton infiniti dealership! I could have found a beautiful car somewhere else. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible! STAY AWAY!!! More
My wife and i went to Napleton Infiniti to buy a used vehicle and we test drove an SUV and sat down with Jeff and actually were having a good time until his manager Nick came in. Nick was extremely rude, vehicle and we test drove an SUV and sat down with Jeff and actually were having a good time until his manager Nick came in. Nick was extremely rude, unprofessional, and contradictory to my wife and I. He was only offering 40% of the trade in value of my truck and then told me that blue book and auto trader were wrong but yet talked about how high the blue book value of his SUV was. Once we couldn't get a deal done I asked for my keys back and he threw them back at me and then wouldn't even shake my hand. I will never do business with them again. I instead went to Coggin Nissan and spent my $31000 there. More
This dealership is exactly why car dealers are consistently considered the least respectable profession in the US and especially in Florida. The story: I sent Napleton Infiniti an online inquir consistently considered the least respectable profession in the US and especially in Florida. The story: I sent Napleton Infiniti an online inquiry regarding a 2010 Armada listed on sale on their website. I was travelling from Tampa, so I knew I needed to get certain numbers hammered out before I travelled 5+ hours to get there. I let them know I had a good trade and what I was looking for in terms of the deal. I was contacted by Cindy in their centralized call center (tip off number one). Cindy was wonderful in dealing with, we had a good conversation about what I was looking to do in terms of numbers, and reminded her that I was travelling from out of town and the deal needed to be solid before I made the trip. Cindy spoke with Jeff (the Internet sales manager) and assured me that we could work the deal with the numbers I presented. The following day I received no less than 3 email and 4 calls as my wife and I traveled to Tampa. Each time we asked if the deal we proposed was ok, and each time we were told “yes.” We arrived at the dealership and met Jeff and asked where Cindy was, as she was the one I was dealing with all along. This is when they shared that Cindy was in a call center in Kissimmee and that Jeff would close the deal with us. We took a brief test drive where Jeff proceeds to tell us about how he knows the truck as he has an interested buyer in West Virginia (red flag #2). He then also proceeds to tell us about “options” on a truck that are in fact “standard” features. This year and model Armada had only 2 “options” available, captain’s seats in the second row and a cargo net kit (red flag #3). We make it back to the dealership and sit down. Jeff starts up the PO and starts talking about our trade and how they value it so on and so forth. I see this is about to be a problem and I stop Jeff to tell him that we discussed the deal on the phone, you agreed to the trade and the price on the truck, and we needed to see a PO that reflects that on paper. Here’s where Napleton loses all creditability. They bring in Brian to talk, and Jeff disappears never to be seen again during the negotiations. Brian lowballs the trade, won’t reduce the price and comes in $7K higher than the out the door price agreed to. He then tries to back out by arguing about the payoff on our trade, yet, he clearly states he has no intention of honoring the negotiated price; trade or not. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! Jeff’s job is to lure customers in off the internet and their entire operation is set up to do so. Google Napleton Infiniti complaints and all you’ll find is YouTube videos of their sales commercials. These guys are the worst!!! BTW: Cindy, you see the type of people you work for, RUUUUUNNNNNN!!!!! More

CAVEAT EMPTOR!!!!!!!!! Billy and Nick misrepresented a 2008 Lexus LS460L as a spotless one owner. This car is a one owner but far from spotless. There was paint work on trunk and two doors of the vehicle. The trunk was very obvious with little pits all over the top. The trunk was wet sanded to try to conceal and the clearcoat was damaged. I also was told by the Lexus dealership I do my service with that the tires don't meet specifications So please beware of this dealership. Also they have a $899 processing fee which is one of the highest in the nation. Nick Salerno is the second GM in the last six months. And when he told me the car was pristine in our first conversation and I paid wholesale for the vehicle. I knew he was going to be no help...and this has been so true. The BBB rating speaks for itself... just take a look. Update 9/24...No follow up after numerous phone calls. 9/25...I finally got thru to Nick yesterday and he put me on hold and transferred me Phillip Sollecito.Phillip told me that they were done with me because I filed with BBB and this website. I personally did not have a choice b/c of the time frame...15 days is plenty of time for someone to respond. Billy Strickland, Phillip Sollecito and Nick Salerno never called me back when I requested something be done. I received the vehicle on the 7th of Sept. and took the car to Johnson Lexus on Monday after the delivery person pointed out the trunk and the 2 doors. I called Billy S on Saturday the 8th to say I think the vehicle trunk has been painted and I needed an owner's manual. I told Billy I would call him on Monday after I went to the used car manager at Lexus and let him measure the depth of the paint. The manager told me the car had been painted on both driver side doors and the trunk. On Thursday of the same week I went to CARMAX and they gave me a report showing the same results. I also went to Triangle Collision and they point out the damage to the clearcoat and the Overspray on the Driver's side. 9/26... Please go to Ripoff Report.com and look at the former employee posting on 9/22. I want you to do your homework because I did not. They have a good social media service to cover up the poor business ethics. For example to hide complaints on YOUTUBE they put a video of the dealership in the complaints search area. This site gets nothing but 5s from customers. REALLY!!!! 9/27 I am going to have the trunk pulled to see if the car has been wrecked...still no one wants to talk! More

I LOVE my new G37 Coupe. It was a complete pleasure to work the staff at Napleton. Everyone we had contact with was very knowledgeable, considerate of our time, not at all pushy and just made the buying work the staff at Napleton. A complete package when you are able to combine a very fine vehicle with a really competent staff. Even Juanita who came in to clean the lounge area was a delight! It is a nice experience to do business with a company that so obviously appreciates your business. More

My parents have always owned BMW'S and I thought that was the luxury vehicle I wanted to invest my money in till I met Shea Bryson. He made me realize how great of a product Infiniti was. Shea made it possible to meet my dream four years prior by working with my trade in value on my 2006 VW Jetta and by making the payments affordable. Now by ttime I'm 30 my dream car will be paid off and my car has a lifetime warranty plus a excellent resale value! Shea made my experience magical. I never knew I would step on a luxury vechicle lot and I would be able to take home a very nice vechicle so easily. I stopped my Napleton Infiniti because of the ads I had seen on television and the advertisements I heard on the radio. Since I was in Tallahassee I figured I needed to check out the ALL new Napleton Infiniti of Tallahassee. Shea was pleasant from the moment I met Him. He was overly knowledgeable about all the cars on the lot. He was even familiar with vehicles on the lot that were not infinities. He shared so much knowledge with me and this helped me make my final decision. After Shea and I went on a couple of test drives with various vehicles I made my final decision. I chose a G35. I felt this was the perfect car for me. I couldn't be happier with my choice. Shea is the reason I would buy another car from Napleton Infiniti. Next time I'm in the market for a car I will defintly call Shea. I hope Napleton Infiniti realizes how much of a asset Shea is to your company. People like Shea are harder and harder to find. Napleton Infiniti is very fortunate to have such a great employee. More
