I got the recall for airbag on pass side, to get this done on my model car, the whole dash has to be removed, there was a problem with these dashes, over the years it's was like clay, I talk with Tim twice, he promised me if cased more damage he would replace the dash. Well it did, and Tim and Deon went out of there way, and put in a new dash, the very next week, They worked with Infinity and got it done beautifully. I'm in love with this car! And Jeremy really helped me out and stayed in contact with me throughout the whole process, even letting me know if he had any newer models or other things I would be interested in enter the lot! When it came down to it, I have my dream car and I'm very happy with the way I was treated, and the staff in whole! Great customer service, and a great experience all together! Stay away! They implore a bait and switch with you. Lure you in with kind actions and words, and promises, then they switch it up on you to make it work for them. I purchased a used vehicle from them in December and was told that the financing would be done through a certain bank only to have it switched to their bank of choice where I'm sure they get some sort of kick back. My bank ended up having to override the process to smooth out the issues. Oh, did I mention it took them/ their bank over 1 month to even contact me regarding the loan, only to "threaten me" by telling me if I don't get something taken care of soon then they will take the vehicle back. Wait, you screwed up the financing and then want me to fix it?? I purchased the vehicle from you, it is now your responsability as the dealer to finish financing with bank. Atleast 12 different phone calls/ emails and never could get Tia to call back, obviously avoiding me knowing the issue would cause her to have to fix something. I wish I would have read the latest reviews and avoided this dealer. Too many good dealers out there to make a $40k purchase from that actually care after the sale. More
