Not happy with their service dept I brought my car in for its regular service and asked to check the hatch because it didn't stay up. They quoted $330 to change the struts. My son in law ordered the struts for $53 and took literally 2 minutes to change them! I also had a burned out blinker that they changed. 2?weeks later my headlight was out. I brought it to the Auto a Super Service store to change it and was told that when the blinker was changed the headlamp wasn't snapped back into place and was burning into the reflective plastic and could have caught fire! I called and left a message for the service manager and didn't hear back from him. But I also no longer get their emails advertising specials. I Gus's that's how they deal with complaints! More

Yogi Sharma and his son, Raj, did EVERYTHING to meet my needs and went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with my new vehicle in every aspect. I literally told them what I was willing to pay, and they made it all happen! I walked away feeling fulfilled and knowing that I made a great investment. Moreover, I came back to the dealership the following morning and Yogi Sharma was more than happy to address all the questions I had about operating my new vehicle, as well as confirming that I was indeed comfortable. Our entire experience has been characterized by typical sales pitches and promises without delivery. After a high pressure, late night purchasing experience, we were told our car would be delivered the next morning so they could take extra care in cleaning the vehicle before delivery. When we received the car, a cleaning rag was left in the back seat and there was food and trash under the seat. I was told they would pick up the car to make the second fob, it was returned after a full day, with an inspection (for the warranty), but no fob. I was not told the inspection was even the intent for the pick up of the vehicle. Numerous phone calls, texts, various points of contact and more than a month later NO FOB. The sales personnel will only answer with excuses and blame. There is certainly no contact unless they are pursued with vigor for answers. We have purchased numerous vehicles over the course of 30+ years and have never experienced such poor commitment to customer service. More

Hes so rude incredible that people work for this man. Sidd was probably the worst man I have ever work with, was rude to my family and hes employees. Thanks but no thanks. Never coming back. More
Poor service I've had two bad experiences with simply trying to get an oil change. In November I made ano appointment and when I arrived they had no record of my appointment. I had my husband follow me up there and after all of that planning I was told they would not be able to get to my car. Apparently the person who made the appointment in another city did not share the information with the Tallahassee branch. Just this week I tried once more to get an oil change and I got an appointment time for 10:20 to 10:40. When I arrived she told me that it would be at least an hour and a half because they had two cars ahead of me. Needless to say I left. They have absolutely no regard for their customer's time. To make matters worse I purchased an oil change last sumeeting with a coupon that was suppose to include 2 free oil changes. Apparently I will never be able to use them! I will NEVER purchase another Infiniti. More

I recently took my car in because it was raining inside of my car and was shocked to know that the warranty was invalid due to the company having me to fill out the wrong form. I contacted the warranty company and was notified that the company has been aware of this problem since the sold me the warranty in June of this year. The worst part of this problem is Napleton has given me the run around about fixing my car. More

We went back on Tuesday with a check for the total amount and the manager?? Stepped in and said he would not sell us the truck for that amount. He expected us to give him an additional $3600. He said "I guess you won't be buying the vehicle then will you?" No we didn't... We went to Tallahassee Ford and had an awesome experience!! More

I got the recall for airbag on pass side, to get this done on my model car, the whole dash has to be removed, there was a problem with these dashes, over the years it's was like clay, I talk with Tim twice, he promised me if cased more damage he would replace the dash. Well it did, and Tim and Deon went out of there way, and put in a new dash, the very next week, They worked with Infinity and got it done beautifully. Thank you guys, I also put all new belts and hoses on it, great service, Infinity stood behind there product, their Represenatives went out of the way to get it done fast : Thanks Vanessa More
