Not friendly to all customers I scheduled an oil change for Saturday. I pulled up and parked at the umbrella. There was a man standing there. I parked and got out and went inside. When I walked it I was greeted but not in a friendly manner. I was advised that it would be $40. I tried to pay but was told to pay at the end. After I gave the young man the keys he asked if I needed to get a shuttle ride to anywhere? I advised him that I would sit and wait. The problem I had was there were Caucasians which came in and were greeted different from myself and the other African Americans waiting for our cars to be serviced. I couldn't wait for them to finish so I could leave. This was not professional at all. More

Good experience, Good Job! I went in to have some services performed on my car. While reviewing my car's service history and after the mechanic's all-points check, I was informe I went in to have some services performed on my car. While reviewing my car's service history and after the mechanic's all-points check, I was informed of additional services that needed to be performed. All was explained to me and I left with a list of pending services to be scheduled in the near future. The services performed during this visit resulted in my car running better, which was my reason for being there. Scott goes above and beyond to answer any questions and keep the customer informed as to the progress of the services being performed. All staff in the Service and Parts areas were friendly and professional. More
