Best dealer service in Tallahassee The dealer was prompt and professional from scheduling the appointment all the way through the service. Their prices are fair, the estimated cost and wait time was accurate, they offer a complimentary detail and wash and have a comfortable waiting area - but also offer shuttle service which really came in handy for me! All in all I would recommend Kraft Infiniti highly based on the service experience I had and especially compared to the experience at other dealers in town. More

Shocks and starting issues I had a starting issue and the back of the car wouldn’t bounce intermittently. After doing the check they replaced the battery and ordered new struts I had a starting issue and the back of the car wouldn’t bounce intermittently. Great experience until after I bought car no one answered me Had a few small issues with car. Text sales person four times asking if I could get the things looked at or fixed with no response. So is anyone gonna call me back so I can bring car in and get my drivers side seatbelt fixed cause it’s messed up and I can’t get it to latch and when I do I can’t get out of car cause it’s stuck. I have them 3 stars because my car is fairly new (14,000 miles) only driven a couple of days out of the week. So I brought it in due to the flat tire indicator light came on after I had a flat. All I wanted was this flat tire indicator to be turned off. It came back on after I left the dealership and was halfway home which is 90 miles away. I will schedule another appointment to have it looked at again. No big deal. So my main problem is I was asked did I want a complimentary car was after the servicing. I said yes. After getting home and stopping at the store I had a stranger ask me why were there long dirt mark all over my car. Upon Further inspection I could clearly see it was never was like promised. Only sprayed with water and wiped down which left streaks of dirt. Wheels and tires still were dirty. Very embarrassing to have an Infiniti looking this way. Bad customer service. Next time I will decline the complimentary car wash if just rinsing it off with water is considered a carwash. More
