Customer lounge is comfortable with plenty of amenities (coffee, snacks, bottled water). Free wash and vacuum with service. Everyone friendly, helpful and makes you feel special and that you matter. The service department was very professional, efficient and they added the personal touch to advise us of what services they performed and reviewed the services to make sure all of our concerns were addressed while we were there. The waiting area is very comfortable space to wait in. A special thanks to David Hunt who answered our questions about the sign in the waiting area about savings on purchasing a new vehicle. He also advised us on when and how to trade up our vehicle. We had great service all in areas. More
