Nobody cares/ miscommunication I had to get my convertible top fixed so i went in the shop with my engine light off they did the diagnostic and gave me my car back so I had to go ba I had to get my convertible top fixed so i went in the shop with my engine light off they did the diagnostic and gave me my car back so I had to go back up there next week because it took about 3 days to order the part no problem so far everything’s cool but when they gave my car back I noticed that my engine light is on so I’m like hmm why is my engine light on when they give my car back but it wasn’t on when I gave it to them. Which means they had to do something to trigger the engine light right? I didn’t know if they hit a switch damaged the engine or what so I call and tellem what happened one of the dudes said they can check why the light is on for free when I come back to get the part for the convertible he says they can check it for free because it was such a coincidence i said ok so I go back up there 2 days later to get the convertible fixed engine light still on and I talk to one of the dudes he said they gone have to charge me to see why the lights on and I told him the other dude said it would be free since it was a coincidence he says no if you want the diagnosis for your engine light it’s gonna be 107$ or 139$ i forgothow much it was then the dude says there is nothing they did to the car to make the engine light come on he says it’s a high mileage car so maybe that’s why it’s on atm I got pissed because I bought the car 2 months ago and that was bs so what wound up happening is I just took my car back because the convertible part was fixed now kudos to them for fixing that but when I started my car to leave I noticed my engine light was not on anymore WHICH MEANS they did do something to the convertible or something happened during the diagnostic to trigger the engine light and if I hadn’t just left that day I woulda got charged 107$ for nothing so look man they fixed my car no problem but I still gotta give em 1 star because that dude didn’t care about my situation at all More
