Poor experience I went in for a diagnostic with attention to a specific problem with the ABS system. After waiting 3 hrs, I’m finally told what issues the vehicle has I went in for a diagnostic with attention to a specific problem with the ABS system. After waiting 3 hrs, I’m finally told what issues the vehicle has. I’m also told that the original stated problem of the ABS wasn’t even looked into yet and that I would have to pay a second diagnostic fee for that to begin. I declined a took my vehicle. I returned the next day to get a remote I had ordered and to also alert the staff that they had taken off my splash guard and hadn’t replaced it. The manager told me he was taking responsibility for my missing splash guard. The splash guard was on the car when I originally left the car, but wasn’t on it when it was returned to me. The staff was rude and basically accused me of lying. I can understand poor customer service skills from employees at times but not from the general manager on duty. Won’t be returning to this location. More
