Pissed Entered the center for a simple oil changed and departed with a damaged hood. Where is the customers consideration or safety. The tech felt in not dee Entered the center for a simple oil changed and departed with a damaged hood. Where is the customers consideration or safety. The tech felt in not deemed necessary to advise my husband that the hood was not secured properly and let him leave the lot in that manner. Note, when the vehicle arrived there the hood was secure and functioning fine. However, I don’t think the techs are qualified nor certified to be working on our vehicles. This is not the first nor the second incident with them. More

Should have, could have done more I brought my car here for an oil change and was given some recommendations. One Of those recommendations were to have the same dealer different locati I brought my car here for an oil change and was given some recommendations. One Of those recommendations were to have the same dealer different location check a possible oil leak. What didn’t make sense to me was why they couldn’t find out where the oil leakage was instead of just changing the oil and have a more oil to leak out. Now I need to take my car to the Nissan dealership and have the same oil drained out to repair the oil leak. Waste of time and money. More
