About a month ago I logged into Autotrader.com to search for a pre-owned Tesla automobile. I found one to my liking at Infinity of Tacoma at Fife and without contacting that dealership first, I drove there for a pre-owned Tesla automobile. I found one to my liking at Infinity of Tacoma at Fife and without contacting that dealership first, I drove there that day to look at the Tesla Model 3. I was greeted by a very young and energetic salesperson named Gabe Phillips and I told him I was there to see a specific vehicle. He informed me that unfortunately another customer was already writing up the paperwork and test driving it. The customer had arrived there just before I did. It was a very beautiful vehicle for my taste and was discouraged I had missed it. The salesman Gabe at least allowed me to sit in the driver's seat so I was able to experience the feel of it. I was impressed. Before I left, Gabe promised he would contact me if another Tesla Model 3 showed up at Infiniti of Tacoma. As promised, a few weeks later I received a call from him saying they had just taken in another pre-owned Model 3. The next day I made another trip to Infiniti of Tacoma and there it was... my dream car. Even better than the first one I looked at. Gabe was there to greet me again with a huge grin and his great enthusiasm. We went for a quick test-drive and I was so impressed, we finalized the deal that day. I worked with the sales manager Corey and with my trade-in and down payment I was able to get the best deal and monthly payments exactly in my range. And this was all done over the July 4th 2021 holiday too. The dealership even kept my new purchase an extra day to ensure it looked as perfect as a brand new car. They did not disappoint me when I picked it up! All in all, my experience with Infiniti of Tacoma at Fife was top-notch and I won't hesitate to promote them to my friends and family. I’ve bought several Infiniti’s here in the last 15 years. I purchased my most recent in April 2021 and worked with Julian. When you’re passionate about vehicles, have purchased 29 and counting, used to work for a dealership, extremely detail oriented, disabled with special needs, and came in to shop with an energetic little girl; I was probably the textbook definition of a difficult customer. Julian never once failed to treat my daughter as a little lady and answered her questions with the same knowledge and respect he’d shown me. Big points since most salesman ignore or talk down to her. Julian did not pressure me but was great at redirecting me back to the suv I wanted and bought after I got shiny sports car syndrome and went completely in the wrong direction of what I needed. Julian was thoughtful, knew the technology, equipment options, inventory, and was just exceptional to work with. I cannot think of anything he could have done better. Thank you Julian! More
