From start (driving onto the lot) to finish (driving off lot with car) was less than 2 hours! All staff were a pleasure to work with. I am a picky buyer I walked into the dealership randomly looking for a very specific vehicle. They didn't have one. Bad customer service!!!! I have purchased 3 infinitis within the past 9 years from Infiniti of Tacoma. Today I brought in my newest one with 6000 miles because of a leak in my I have purchased 3 infinitis within the past 9 years from Infiniti of Tacoma. Today I brought in my newest one with 6000 miles because of a leak in my tire. I was told that the tire had a nail in the sidewall and could not be repaired and was told that a new tire would cost almost $500.00!!! No offer of any other accommodation, nothing. After I became extremely upset at their total lack of customer service, they offered to reduce the cost by nearly $200.00. I made some calls to Les Schwab to check out the cost of the tire and was told that their charge would have bee nearly the same, so here I sit, waiting for my new tire. No more Infinitis for me. At least not from these guys. More
