I purchased a used car from this dealership on November 22nd 2019. January 16th they said I needed to replace the rotors and pads on the rear of the car. How did this car make it through inspection? Waste of time! I was in contact with the sales representative throughout the week. Contacted her on Saturday to make sure the car I was interested in was still avai I was in contact with the sales representative throughout the week. Contacted her on Saturday to make sure the car I was interested in was still available and that I could come look at it and take it for a test drive. She acknowledged it was still available. I told her I was about 2 hours away and what time I would arrive. I drove 2 hours to get there and upon arrival found out that not only was the cars check engine light on, but that the car was not even able to be test driven. The sales representative and the Manager could have cared less that I drove so far, wasted $50 in gas, only to find out the car was not even driveable. Disappointment was an understatement. I would never buy a car from this establishment! More
The general manager banned me over a true review. I’ve purchased and/or leased 13 INFINITIs from both their stores. He gets 5 thumbs down! The owners had the audacity to authorize his ban! My abode is 7 m purchased and/or leased 13 INFINITIs from both their stores. He gets 5 thumbs down! The owners had the audacity to authorize his ban! My abode is 7 minutes from the service department; however, I had to travel almost 35 minutes to hour away - contingent upon traffic- to get serviced at their Alexandria, Virginia to get serviced! This lease deal occurred in August 2016. I bought the first Q60 in the region. It was black, so I was given some incentives because I was apprehensive about leasing another black car. They promised to detail any time I wanted coupled with coming to pick up Jett for services etc. The young lady in finance didn’t off any of the packages ie wheel and tire because she had to go get crabs! Wow! Now, that was just ‘ghetto’! The salesman...I won’t disclose his infirmities! I had to get a new windshield coupled with having issues with my tires only after 3 months. I was offered a tire and wheel package after the tire debacle! The tire company was phenomenal! When I came in to see the GM, he was patronizing! Mr. Issa leaned back in his chair and told me, “if you can’t afford the tires, you should not have brought the car!” Sir, I am platinum level with INFINITI! I won’t write a dissertation. I gave them another chance and bought my Q60 Red Sport from the Alexandria Store...big mistake as well! That was last time personally patronizing them! I am still baffled as to how can you legally ban a customer who has bought 13 cars; who has not been belligerent; who had never had the authorities called; who has never been expletivic! I’ll stop here! More
Expectations exceeded In my last post here, I was not happy but once I sat down with Passport Infinity leadership, I was taken care of and to show just how classy they are, In my last post here, I was not happy but once I sat down with Passport Infinity leadership, I was taken care of and to show just how classy they are, Infinity found the issue and saw that I had mentioned it before and did not charge me a single penny to resolve the issue. I have had my vehicle back a few times since my initial review and everything is just lovely and I could not ask for better service. A great team of people who make you feel good about coming there and go out of their way to correct their mistakes. I salute all of you in service and thank you for taking such good care of my Infinity. Thank you all. More
