I’m writing to express my disappointment with the outcome of the service I recently received from your business. Your company misdiagnosed a problem with my vehicle & then messed it up causing me to be witho of the service I recently received from your business. Based on this experience, I will NOT do business with you in the future. More

Kerrie seemed fairly standoffish when I called to have my car towed in. She seemed like she was only willing to do the bare minimum for me, didn’t really make me feel valued as a customer. When I went to pick the car up she was friendly at the start, but after I signed the paperwork she started going off on me about how the dealership I bought my car from had called her and they supposedly were rude to her. She seemed to be insinuating that it was somehow my fault that they called her and were “rude” despite the fact that I didn’t ask them to do that nor did I even know they were going to call. Kerrie also implied that the reason I was refused a loaner car was because of the other dealership calling her. As a customer I did not need to know that and she should have never taken out her anger and frustration on me for something I had nothing to do with. Worst customer service I have ever encountered at a dealership. More
