Ben Thacker, Alex, and Dylan were very helpful, regarding a key fob issue. Ben was able to get two technicians, Alex and Dylan, to assist me the same day before closing. Alex and Dylan diagnosed a battery is a key fob issue. Ben was able to get two technicians, Alex and Dylan, to assist me the same day before closing. Service department Took my wife Infiniti in for service due to a leak around the sunroof. To my surprise it was not covered under the extended warrant.
