I live in Georgia and was searching for a blue Toyota Camry! When I found what I was looking for it just happened to be at Infiniti of south Mississippi!! When we called Cat Ludlow answered and was super helpful and made everything super simple!! We drove to Mississippi to pick up the car! It had been cleaned and waiting on me! Cat had all the paperwork work ready and we were hitting the road within 45 minutes!!! This was a great experience of purchasing a vehicle!! Cat even checked on me while I was on the road!! I was visiting my mother in Biloxi when my car began to give me trouble w rpms, I was able to call and easily talk to the dealership about my concerns - whether I should tow the car in. I was warned about 9 cars ahead, but agreed to let me bring the car in - and even got me a lunch appointment for diagnosis. I was thrilled!! Within the hour, had diagnosis - my extended warranty and my car fax maintenance all in their computer. Was told it would take one day for parts and likely be ready the day after. Well don't you know, Kerry calls me the following early afternoon - my car was all ready, washed and waiting. I was amazed. Great staff - don't think I would have gotten this kind of service in my hometown. I will definitely return to MS as my preferred dealer. ?? More

I found a used vehicle online located at this dealership, sent in a request and Cathy got with me right away. We were able to set up a viewing and test drive the following day. They even held the vehicle unt sent in a request and Cathy got with me right away. We were able to set up a viewing and test drive the following day. They even held the vehicle until I got there to see it in person, since I was coming from Louisiana 3.5 hours away. There was a water concern with the sunroof that was able to be checked and sorted out right away, prior to moving forward with the purchase. The whole process was easy, and I left with a wonderful vehicle just a few hours later. Cathy and everyone else at the dealership was great! More
DO NOT TRY TO PURCHASE AN EXTENDED. WARRANTY. I HAVE BEEN TRYING SINCE.MARCH 2024. I STARTED WITH STEPHEN FERNY. I WAS GIVEN A QUOTE. TRIED CALLING TWO WEEKS LATER TO SET UP HOW TO P WARRANTY. HAVE BEEN GIVEN THE RUN AROUMD SINCE.THEN. I HAVE BEEN PASSED TO PEYTON. WHO I HAD TO LEAVE WORK TO CATCH AT ANOTHER DEALERSHIP. WAS TOLD THEY WERE IN THE MIDDLE OF A NEW OWNERSHIP AND HE WOULD GET BACK WITH ME. NEVER HEARD.BACK. THEN I WAS TURNED OVER TO CLIFF. FROM CLIFF HE PUSHED ME.OFF TO CRYSTAL WHO SEEMED TO WANT TO HELP ME . ON THURSDAY IT WILL BE TWO WEEKS SINCE I HAVE HEARD FROM HER (SHE WAS GETTING AN UPDATE ON MY QUOTE AND GOING TO CALL ME BACK THE NEXT DAY). IF THERE IS ANYONE THAT CAN POINT ME TO SOMEONE WHO IS WILLING AND WANT TO HELP ME WITH PURCHASING MY EXTENDED WARRANTY I WOULD APPRECIATE YOU. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. Kerri helped to get a same day appointment for me, regarding an urgent car issue, which required diagnosis/repair, etc. The service techs were able to timely diagnose the issues, provide timely ETA of regarding an urgent car issue, which required diagnosis/repair, etc. The service techs were able to timely diagnose the issues, provide timely ETA of repair and costs (extended warranty). Also, was able to timely update, regarding additional issue discovered, which was also repaired and covered by extended warranty. Kerri and Ben were able to advise me as to remainder of extended warranty and additional extended warranty policy upon end of current policy. Thanks, Kerri and Ben! More
