Misrepresentation Amber Romero didn't know the features on the subject she sold me. And later said she would have to put a work order in for it . Than kin Flanagan over charged me to put me in the right sup. Than watt manager, rude attitude to not try to fix the problem. Carson in service, very professional and helpful. Vernon a pleasant man. Abate president for South of atlanta infinitI nice man but was not much help to fix the problem. He need to get out front more to make the dealership better. More
The Best Christmas Ever! Christmas came early this year! I had a routine oil change scheduled on Christmas Eve with Mr. Carson Gaither (who is the absolute best service consultant EVER) and I could not be more happier with the outcome. Andre was very professional, attentive, and kind. His attention too detail and eagerness to place me in the best possible upgrade was awesome and much appreciated. Taurus Williams is the bomb and made understanding "the numbers" such a breeze. He explained everything in great detail and was very knowledgeable and kind. I am so incredibly happy and excited about my Infiniti QX60. I am a repeat customer of the dealership because the staff provides superior service and would recommend that anyone in the market for a new vehicle visits Infiniti of South Atlanta. More
Job not complete I recently got my Q50 Telematics Control Unit (TCU) upgarded (about 3.5 hours wait time), unforturnatly, I recieved my vechile back with my TCU not up I recently got my Q50 Telematics Control Unit (TCU) upgarded (about 3.5 hours wait time), unforturnatly, I recieved my vechile back with my TCU not updated in the system, hence did not function. It was like going to the cellphone company, buying a $300+ cellphone and can't make a call on it :( Days went by, several call and still no reply yet... Ideally, it would have been proper to ensure the unit works and all information is updated in the system for customer use, prior to returning the vehicle back to the customer. Very disappointed. It's all in the dedication to the details which make good customer service. More
Be very careful about used car quality and what your told I purchased a used 2008 Infiniti FX35 several years ago. Was told by my salesman that it was a trade in for a larger vehicle and was in excellent con I purchased a used 2008 Infiniti FX35 several years ago. Was told by my salesman that it was a trade in for a larger vehicle and was in excellent condition. Was told it was properly maintained and in no accidents. Within the last 2 years, several spots on the car have had the clear coat peeling away slowly but surely. Took it into the Jacksonville, FL infinity dealer to help determine what was wrong. The Florida dealer told me the car appeared to have been in an accident and the paint job had a very sub par paint applied. The clear coat was not properly mixed. They sent me to a third party paint specialist they use to handle most of the paint repairs they encounter. At this shop, the technician stated the car was obviously in an accident. The front wrap around bumper was not even original equipment. The rear drivers side quarter panel wasn't even replaced, but instead "Borneo" was used to hide the damage and it had cracked. It's always a risk to buy a used car, but one should be able to get the whole truth from a top rated luxury car dealership. More

Pissed. This is the worst place to buy and get service. Our QX56 that was bought has been through thousands of dollars of repairs, that had to be reimbursed because of crappy work. Now THEIR battery that is no good has gone out on the truck. Can't drive the truck but in order for it to be replaced UNDER WARRENTY they expect me to drive the truck there to have it replaced. The xxxx truck doesn't move! Not only that the next stupid suggestion was for us to have it towed at our expense to have the battery replaced. Screw Infiniti of South Atlanta, I'm getting rid of this truck and would NEVER take an Infiniti again even if it were free. Thanks for nothing. More

I can say that thanks to Andre Goolsby my faith has been re-newed. He was so helpful, informative, professional, innovative and did everything to help me get the car of my dreams. The customers service was awesome! I was having my new car tinted and it ran pass the time that I needed my car for work. Andre offered to drive and pick me up from work. When the car was ready, while I was at work, he coordinated with my husband to get my car home safe and sound. He made it a sweatless experience. Talk about great Customer Service! before, during and after buying my wonderful Infiniti. Yeah!!! More
