Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us.  We are very disappointed that your experience was anything less than exceptional.  At INFINITI of South Atlanta, we value all our customers and are committed to being as transparent as possible with our pricing and to correct any misunderstandings. You made an excellent choice in purchasing the INFINITI QX80, one of our top of the line vehicles.   Before our customers sign any paperwork, we go over all the car details and ensure that our customers are fully informed about their purchase.  On September 24, 2016, Ken Flanagan, New Car Sales Manager, went over the Moroney sticker line by line to explain exactly what was in your car's Driver Assistance Package.  You signed the paperwork the same day. On, September 25, 2016, you expressed dissatisfaction with the options package on your newly purchased vehicle.  Even though the signed contract was legally binding, and the state of Georgia does not offer a "cooling off period," we cancelled your original contract on September 29, 2016. We were able to provide a new vehicle with the upgraded Technology Package that you wanted, costing $6000 more than the previous package - adding less than $30 dollars to your new car payment.  Again, the car was discounted and you signed the contract with the Finance Manager after the car details and pricing were fully explained and agreed upon with the Sales Manager.  The dealership chose to absorb all interest and fees associated with the first deal. After the second contract was signed, you sent Edible Arrangements to team members in appreciation of working with you.  This gesture conveyed your satisfaction with our staff's performance. Additionally, during the deal you informed the dealership that your purchase of the vehicle was tax exempt, and therefore we collected no taxes. We later found out that the purchase was not tax exempt and per State law, we had to collect taxes to register the vehicle.  You then met with our General Manager David Watts and one of our owners John Abate. After a lengthy meeting on November 7th, Mr. Abate offered as an additional accommodation, $1,000 of no charge service work in our service department. This was done purely on a goodwill basis. You accepted this goodwill gesture on a "We Owe" form and left the premises seemingly happy. Our team has worked with you on several occasions for many hours to come up with a fair and equitable solution.  We take pride in our customer service and have always put the interest of our customers ahead of our own when possible. We empathize with your situation and are disappointed that we could not completely satisfy you.  Hopefully through our continued service relationship, we can improve the situation.
