Infinity South Atlanta’s service department has provided quality maintenance service over the years, which supports my brand loyalty. In my recent service visit, I had a conversation with Edward (sales) and he thoroughly explained the upgrade features on the new model releases. I wasn’t in the market to upgrade, but his presentation, knowledge of the new model features, financing option etc. has given strong considerations to my next purchase. Non pressured sales team approach is consistent to the luxury brand and adds to the elite customer experience. More

RE: "Be very careful about used car quality and what your to I received a response from the dealership to call the sales manager, Mr. Flannagan, about the car being in an accident and never being told by the dea I received a response from the dealership to call the sales manager, Mr. Flannagan, about the car being in an accident and never being told by the dealer that it was...His response to me was that it "Still does not show in Car Fax to have been in an accident." That's the point, any respectable dealership would know and the trade in value would have that accounted for in the offer price. My advise to any potential car buyer in Atlanta: AVOID THIS INFINITI DEALER!! More

Complete overrated, Used car manager is always out Although I had a good experience with my salesman and the new car manager, the positive experience stopped there. I needed to talk with the used car manager, Johnny Hamer who did not return repeated telephone calls even when I asked the salesman and new car manager to ask him to call me. I would recommend anyone buying a car from this operation to check every detail of the car before signing anything. The do not stand behind their product and as soon as your money has been pocketed, you should not expect any service at all. The single star I gave as a rating is not deserved, but was necessary to open this page. I did try to contact the General Manager, David Watts, but he was "out" and I gave up dealing with this organization at this point. If you are interested in a Hyundai, it would be best to go to a Hyundai dealer. More
