Disappointed in the service department I went to have my car service and spent $478.00, upon receiving my cash out receipt I noticed on there a car wash and Vacuum . My car was not wash or I went to have my car service and spent $478.00, upon receiving my cash out receipt I noticed on there a car wash and Vacuum . My car was not wash or it wasn’t vacuum. The service dept didn’t replace the service sticker on my window, so I can see the amount of mileages for my next oil changes. More

Disrespected vehicle still not repaired I have taken my car to Infiniti south Atlanta 3 times for the same issue. No tedult as of yet. I took car back today 2/6/2019. I would not recommend anyone to trust his workmanship, nor his honesty. He was very disrespectful as if it was my fault the vehicle had to be returned. I received my service inspection via email while the car was being washed, before he came and got me to review the service results and I was able to pay in his office before my car was brought around.
