You will certainly regret it later and you will be out of allot of money. Roxanne does not exhibit the best listening skills and does not hold herself accountable for the mistakes that she makes. She will lie in a heartbeat and try to make you think that you have memory loss. Don’t waste your time with her. I recommend choosing Thomas Burnette, Service Advisor. He puts the customer first and gives you the best options and costs for the vehicle service that you need. More

Great Service Called to check out a car I seen online and was assisted by Scott King. I set an appointment to come see the car with the intent to purchase it. Scott had it all cleaned up, he was very welcoming, professional and was very thorough when going over the vehicle. Scott was AMAZING I really enjoyed doing business with him. I can tell he knew the product very well and pointed out features I didn't know it had, based on my own research. Also, I want to acknowledge Teaunna Lester, Finance Manager she was AMAZING as well, very professional and welcoming. She took her time going over the paperwork and answered the all our questions without any hesitation. Infiniti of South Atlanta has a great team. Scott and Teaunna are great assets to the company they made my experience unforgettable. I highly recommend this location! Thanks for the excellent customer service, it definitely goes a long way. Unprofessional Theives Have been trying to get in contact with someone in Management in the service department for over a month now and have been unsuccessful due to the un Have been trying to get in contact with someone in Management in the service department for over a month now and have been unsuccessful due to the unprofessionalism of management not returning calls after numerous of left voice messages. Infiniti M35 towed in the beginning of November. Service guy Carson told us we needed a alternator. We got this put in for over $700 picked up the car November 13th by November 20th I was broke down on the highway with my kids stranded!!! Since then we have left messages for Carson, Sean and his manger and have yet to get a call back. We basically spent all this money for NOTHING!! Have had to rent cars, catch ubers just to get back and forth to work and our kids to school dishing out unnecessary money after we just paid for this expensive car repair. I have been furious at calling this dealership for over a month and no one not even in management has responded. This would have not have taking place if I would have visited the Infiniti location in Cobb. I will be reporting Sean the service manager to corporate and also taking legal action against this dealership. You all have taking advantage of a customer and stole my money just for my car to break down 2 weeks later. More
