Let me start by saying a great big thanks to everyone who helped put a smile on my face. Fekado and Thomas are the best service consultants I have ever come across---they get the job done in a timely, professional and excellent manner. They return calls and always find alternatives to solving the challeneges faced by the customer. If they can be promoted for their excellent service, i would be the first in line to recommend them for a promotion. They deserve to be recognized for the tireless efforts at making sure the customer is happy at the end of the day. Dave, whom i beleive is the Service Manager, was super helpful. This is the first service manager I have come across who leads by example. I was completely impressed by his work ethic as a Service Manager.. He was out and about helping customers and making sure that everything was running right. He is an examplar of what a service manager should be. He deserves to be recognized for his leadership style---a promotion should be seriously considered for Dave. Scott Fuqua, the best technician I have known all my life, a technician with extraordinary skills and ability, has brought my car back to life. He is the only technician who has done 95% of the work on my car in the last 3 years of ownership, and every time, he gets the job done correctly and excellently. There is no other like him. Scott is an auto miracle worker. Once he touches your car, it will be healed immediately. There is no auto sickness that he cannot diagnose and remedy. His genius is really something to behold. He has taught me a lot about cars. Please, he deserves a promotion immediately. And then, I want to thank the parts people, the car wash staff, and Mike (part-time technician) who brought my car home. They have all treated my car with great honor and respect, and have equally contributed and been part of a great team at Infiniti of South Atlanta. They also deserve recognition for their efforts. What can I say? I could write a book about everything Infiniti of South Atlanta is doing right. I want Nissan Motor Company to know how good your dealership really is. Your dealership is the standard that I used to judge all dealerships these days. I am completely pleased with everything. Take care and stay blessed. For our Tuesday, March 30, 2010 service in regard to our 60,000 miles usage of the Infiniti FX35 we showed up and were greeted by name and with courtesy. They did provide us, as before, with a courtesy vehicle to manage some shopping while they worked on the car. We got it back washed, vacuumed and all. TOP service as usual! More
This is my third Infiniti lease (first with this dealer) and the experience of working with Infiniti of South Atlanta was head and shoulders above the competing Infiniti dealers. The Sales team went out of and the experience of working with Infiniti of South Atlanta was head and shoulders above the competing Infiniti dealers. The Sales team went out of their way to make sure I got the car I wanted in the timeframe I requested. I could not find the exterior/interior color combination for G37 Convertible at my local dealership or anywhere close to home. After I found it here, I decided to do something a little bit crazy. So I started a dialog with the dealership to see if I could work out a deal. I purchased the car using USAA's buying service and USAA financing with an electronic check. They were very familiar with this process. I flew in from Virginia, so I had to work everything via phone and email before I arrived. Kisha and the staff made sure all of my concerns were addressed. John Abate, the owner, took a personal interest. He made sure all of my concerns were addressed. In fact, he had my car put in the showroom to make sure it was perfect when I arrived. Kisha picked my wife and I up at the airport when we arrived. After a quick look at the car, we took care of all of the paperwork. I was out the door and driving back to Virgina about an hour after I arrived. I did try to add a couple of accessories, but in the end, it could not be done, but not because of the dealership, but instead Infiniti stopped supporting the accessories. Kisha had the service manager call me to explain the issue to me directly. This is a really good team that truly respects their customers and treats them as they should be treated. I wish I lived in Atlanta so I could take advantage of an extended relationship with their service department. I would do this again. BRAVO! More
The drive was worth it. After visiting another Infiniti dealership and being lied to I decided to purchase from Lakisha. She was true to her word and NO BAIT and SWITCH tactics like the other dealer. Coming all the way from Dublin Georgia we both were impressed with the clean showroom; friendly and well dressed staff and the ability to have a great coffee! I have a 97 J-30 that I have had serviced or repaired at this dealership at least three times. I don't remember the name of the service writer whom I dealt with, only that he was very courteous and professi this dealership at least three times. My G37 continually fails to crank. Must be jump started at least once a month and towed to dealer often. This is very annoying. They just simply recharge the battery and get "rid" of me. The car is poorly engineered and has too many electronics for the electrical system. Infinity also tried to put too many toys that have not been perfected into the car. The service personnel are not adequately trained and don't seem to care. More
After purchasing a G35 at Infinity of South Atlanta I am very disappointed with the service. After bringing my car back 3 times to check on the brakes and why it was making noise, they told me nothing and very disappointed with the service. I checked on line and discovered the problem I am having has been on going. They have had many complaints about this make and model. Thomas called me and told me they could find nothing wrong and noise was usual on brakes, which was a lie. I have bought many cars and none of what he stated is true. I went to my car and discovered a scratch on my car that was not there the day I brought it. I am furious about this whole matter. Thomas showed me a sheet of paper that indicated the scratch was already there. I had no knowledge neither have I seen this paper before. Why do you have an inspection of what is on my car without my knowledge? He walked away sighing and said he would get Kenny. Kenny pretend he did know what was going on, wasting my time, knowing he could care less about me or my car. They were unprofessional and they kept information from me about the concerns of this vehicle. I found so many complaints about this make and model with it brakes until I am writing anyone who will listen. Whatever is right I will take action. Infinity has a reputation and they should not have to undermind their customers to sale a car. The car is good enough, its the people that sales the car who need the change. All I want is to drive a car that is safe. I have spent the weekend adressing this problem on line talking to lawyers and I will not stop until the wrong is made right. All I want is what I have a right to. That is to drive a safe car. I want to hear the service department tell the truth about my car and previous complaint about this make and model. There was another service man who drove my car with me in it, and with him I heard no noise. I told him I would bring it back if I heard it again even if we did not hear it when we were riding. This matter is taking to much of my time. Please acknowledge you sold me a damaged car. Each time I go in for a regular oil change they tell me something is wrong or I need to spend money on something that need to be repaired. Is this how you feed your family by taking money from innocent people? This is a crime. I would like a copy of all that infinity has on file for my car and the services I paid them for. More
