I called Marcus & told him the vehicles we were interested in & what we wanted to do with the financing & within an hour he called me back & said he had the vehicles we wanted to look at on the lot interested in & what we wanted to do with the financing & within an hour he called me back & said he had the vehicles we wanted to look at on the lot & that they could make the numbers work. When we got there Marcus had the vehicles pulled up and demonstrated them to us as we took them for a test drive. When we had decided on the vehicles we wanted we were introduced to trace (the sales manager) who walked us through the numbers. There was no back in forth haggling. He told us the best he could do right from the start & let us make an informed decision. Once we decided we were going to purchase we dealt with a very professional finance person who completed the transaction. We purchased a QX56 & an FX35 with a trade in & completed the whole process in 5 hours which we thought was great for purchasing 2 vehicles. Marcus & Trace were excellent to work with & Infinity has a lot of extra ownership benefits that you should check out! I highly recommend this dealership! More
Excellent sales process, very efficient. Did feel like they appreciated my business but after reflecting on the experience for a few days, I don't think I got the best price I could have if I'd negotiated they appreciated my business but after reflecting on the experience for a few days, I don't think I got the best price I could have if I'd negotiated a little harder. One other thing, is they did not offer to remove some obvious scratches on the Driver's door and I believe a Luxury auto dealer should have cleaned the car up to as near perfection as possible (I bought a 2005). He worked with me for several weeks and it paid off. This was my first new car purchase and it went a lot better than anticipated. One of the best parts in dealing with this team was the lack of pressure and the straight forward pricing. My husband and I traded two cars in for two used cars and it was the worst experience! We came on a Sunday picked out the cars and filled out the form to run our credit. Andre gave us what our monthly paymen it was the worst experience! We came on a Sunday picked out the cars and filled out the form to run our credit. Andre gave us what our monthly payments would be and said the bank was closed and for us to drive the cars home and come back the next day. I asked him point blank if he was trying to get us to drive the cars to fall in love with them and then we came back the next day our payments were going to be way higher, he told us no he would not do that. Well that was a lie, the next day when we met with Cleo, the finance mgr our payments were nowhere close to what Andre showed us. As a matter of fact there was one car on the lot my husband wanted and Andre told him it was out of our price range when my husband let Cleo know this he said that the car would be better for us! We ended up working out a deal with Cleo, who should have got the commission since he was the one who did ALL the work! We agreed on a price for the car if they put new tires on it since they were bald and fix all the scratches from where someone keyed it on the lot. I was told to bring my car in the next Monday to get this done. Well Sunday came around and I called Andre to see if everything was still a go and he let me know that the paint guy would not be in that day and that he would come pick my car up the next Monday from my work and leave me a loaner car. Well that Sat I called again and he said he forgot to order my tires that it would have to wait until the next Monday and I told him that I was going out of town and I needed the tires on it before that Friday so he agreed that he would pick my car up on Wed. Well no call on Tue so I called him again to see if we were still on and he asked if he could do it on Thur and put the tires on it and the paint would have to wait until a later date because once again the paint guy was off for the week. At this point I was very frustrated and let him know I felt like I was getting the run around. That I should be happy that I bought a car and that I wasn’t. Then he asked me "ARE YOU DONE YET? AFTER ALL I HAVE DONE FOR YOU!" I was in disbelief that he would speak to a customer yet a woman like this! He proceeds to yell and talk over me and then hangs up. I call the receptionist and ask to speak to the sales mgr because I have a complaint and she must have told Andre so instead of an mgr on the phone Andre picks up and asked if I had a problem with him then tells me that I was yelling and screaming at him. I never once raised my voice at him. Very unprofessional on both him and the receptionist! I ended up speaking with Cleo who saved the day! I feel this bad experience has made me not enjoy my new car! More
Great experience all around - initial visit gave me a test drive, free 30 days of Personal Assistant, and tour of service area. I usually dread going to a dealership and buying a new/used car. Overall very good buying experience. Price could have been a little better but not bad. The sales persons were very friendly but tried to sell the car at sticker price.
