We sincerely apologize for any frustration that you may have experienced and definitely appreciate your honest feedback. Our service department did inspect your vehicle and there were no repairable concerns found with the transmission. It seems that the concerns were simply characteristics of Infiniti’s new, improved, and more fuel economical 7-speed transmission. Despite all of its improvements it does perform differently than the previous 5 -speed transmission you owned. Additionally, we are really disappointed to hear that you felt as though we were trying to con or insult you. As you know from the many positive experiences that you have had with our dealership over the last several years that we do not operate in that manner. I’m sure if you had provided us the opportunity to explain the details of the transaction as we have done in the past, everything would have made more sense. Not saying that we would have made a deal but we are certain we could have put together a plan that would have prevented you from feeling the need to buy something from another manufacturer. We value you as a client more than you could ever know, and genuinely hope to have another opportunity to once again be your dealership of choice.
