My husband and I both purchased a new vehicle at the same day. I think we should have been offer a much better price than what we paid. They don't offer much negociation. Otherwise, a great place with great day. I think we should have been offer a much better price than what we paid. They don't offer much negociation. I am beyond grateful for my experience at Infiniti of South Atlanta. I have been driving the same car for 11 years, so you can imagine the anxiety associated with a car dealership for me. But from the ti South Atlanta. I have been driving the same car for 11 years, so you can imagine the anxiety associated with a car dealership for me. But from the time I walked in to Infiniti South Atlanta, I felt comfortable. The dealership was very nicely set up, and they passed my 1st test, I wasn't ignored when I walked in the door. I received friendly and respectful service starting with the receptionist. Kisha and Gregg both gave me their full attention when working with me to find out exactly what I wanted out of my new car. I initially was looking for a certified used Infiniti, but after not finding what I was looking for, I was shown the new G25, which I had no clue existed. When I realized that this car would fit into my budget I was sold! There was no pressure from any of the sales people that I came in contact with, and it was clear that this purchase would be MY decision. When it came to the financing, Eric and Dave made it the easiest process possible. Eric provided me with every financing scenario that I could think of with a smile. Even when I forgot I had a VPP discount, he pumped out another set of scenarios, including the discount and was so helpful in showing me exactly what my monthly payments would be. Dave was the BEST!! He made the approval process and the paper work as stress free as possible. As you can see, buying from Infiniti of South Atlanta has completely changed my thoughts and views on the car buying experience. It is without a doubt that I will purchase again from Infiniti of South Atlanta. More

In 2003 I visited this dealership looking to buy a G35. The salesperson was not very personable so I went to Nalley and purchased one the same day. I decided to give this dealership another chance because The salesperson was not very personable so I went to Nalley and purchased one the same day. I decided to give this dealership another chance because I saw a G37 on the internet that they had. I came to the dealership, saw the vehicle, spoke with Lorenzo Duckworth and test drove the vehicle and purchased it the same day. Mainly because of Mr. Duckworth's concern for me as a person and not just another sale. He truly is an asset to this Company. More
Lorenzo was just fantastic in providing me a high quality service and commitment. He went above and beyond offering me to compensate a denied discount coupon (denied by the internet sales manager!!!), fillin service and commitment. He went above and beyond offering me to compensate a denied discount coupon (denied by the internet sales manager!!!), filling up my car gas tank. He also arranged to drive my new car home, while I was driving my own car. In terms of Customer Service, I would expect a faster response to send me the car documentation, since it was a cash transaction. It is now three weeks and I am still waiting for their feedback on the date to deliver the documentation. More
We are preapproved by Infiniti and had an appointment to drive/pick up a specific preowned vehicle. We were in route to the dealership, which by the way was 2+ hours away only to receive a call telling us t drive/pick up a specific preowned vehicle. We were in route to the dealership, which by the way was 2+ hours away only to receive a call telling us the car was just sold out from under us. We had agreed on numbers with our sales person and the only thing standing in the way was a test drive. We were prepared to take possession immediately. We feel it is in very poor taste for the dealership not to have given us the courtesy of our predetermined appointment before selling it out from under us. Very distasteful business strategy. More

Still, no one acknowledg GA. Two women and two men at the front desk watched as my wife and I got out of my car and proceeded to go look at the qx56. Still, no one acknowledged us until we actually entered the showroom. While in the show room opening and looking at the qx56, no one offered their assistance. So, I took my business to Infinity south Atlanta where Mr. Duckworth and others there treated me with professionalism. More

I saw a 2008 G37S from the dealership and had quite a rough time getting in touch with my first salesman. After asking for another one, we had coordinated for myself come down for a test drive the next d rough time getting in touch with my first salesman. After asking for another one, we had coordinated for myself come down for a test drive the next day after I made it known that I live about 3.5 hours away. When I got there, the salesman was nowhere to be seen and I was referred to yet another salesman (3rd one at this point). The salesman took me out for a test drive, and I loved the vehicle - the quality of every vehicle at the dealership was fantastic. When we began processing the paperwork, he came back and told me the vehicle was already sold. Not sure why the dealership bothered to call me the day prior and have me drive total of 7 hours for a vehicle that was no longer in sale... and I had been trying to get in touch with them for a week prior... To their credit, the salesman was pleasant and tried to get me another vehicle... Except it was out of my budget (35.5K vs 30K) and not really the color I wanted. They seemed very eager to help me, but the fact is that I drove from a long distance, only to be told that the vehicle was already sold when they had confirmed that it was still on sale day prior. It really kills the consumer faith and experience. In summary, the dealership salesmans are hard to contact, doesn't really coordinate well for people coming from long distances, doesn't keep a very accurate accountability of their vehicles apparently, and sharks people and tries to get them a different vehicle for higher price. Their vehicles are top-notch quality, and the people that actually do correspond with you are very candid. I see that the vehicle I was still interested is still in their website inventory, so I sincerely hope that this is not a marketing ploy of attracting potential buyers to come down so they can offer them a different vehicle. Tried to trade it for same year demo (used) that listed for several thousand less than my purchase, and the dealer wa that dealership did not repair. Tried to trade it for same year demo (used) that listed for several thousand less than my purchase, and the dealer wanted my new car plus $6,000 to trade. I felt conned and insulted. I will not be back, guys.... PS Traded the G37 for another new car the next day with another dealer and much more attractive deal! More
