For that reason, we really appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns. We would like to assure you that our service team is always expected to take full responsibility for any issues that arise that are a direct cause of our Service Department. However, a month after you came to our dealership, another dealer performed a break inspection and saw no issues. I can assure you we are taking every step necessary to make sure our sales consultants clearly state the requirements to receive free oil changes. We do not offer this program to sell cars. We offer this program so that we can continuously take extreme care of the vehicle that takes care of you.
