I completed a preapproval application and Lakisha Johnson connected me with Khadijah Florence. Khadijah made the process swift and convenient. Everything move along seamlessly. The offer for my trade in could not be matched. Khadijah went above and beyond to make my experience one to be remembered. Everyone I have ever come in contact with at IOSA have all been extremely accommodating and nice. In the service department Melissa Denewellis is the best! she has been my go to person for over 4 years now. When looking to buy or service Infiniti of South Atlanta is the best hands down. More

After speak I have been searching for a new vehicle for some time and am so glad a friend recommended me to Gary Dennis and Infiniti of South Atlanta. After speaking with several other dealers, Gary was the only one that was prompt with his follow up and made me feel like he actually wanted to make a deal happen and make it a win/win for all. He was a true professional and truly listened to my needs. I expressed to him exactly what I needed out of my new vehicle (I had done a lot of research before hand and had to have several options) and after a few phone calls he was able to make a deal happen. I arrived at the dealership - he had the vehicle options that we discussed waiting for me and after a quick test drive, papers were signed and the deal that was promised was executed. I was introduced to his manager and general manager. He took me on a complete tour of the facility and thoroughly explained to me all the advantages that Infiniti of South Atlanta provides and even stayed late on a Saturday night to show me all of the features of my new vehicles. Gary was a pleasure to work with and I definitely recommend him and his team with any purchase of an infiniti!!! More
Why can't all Dealerships be like this one? I recently decided to replace my wife's 2004 FX35 with a newer QX70. On the day of purchase, I went to two other Infiniti stores to look at a used 201 I recently decided to replace my wife's 2004 FX35 with a newer QX70. On the day of purchase, I went to two other Infiniti stores to look at a used 2014 QX70 as well as another dealer's last new 2014 QX70 before finding my way to Infiniti of South Atlanta. The first stop was to look at the used vehicle. The experience was fine but the car had more wear than I thought should have present with so few miles on it. I thanked the sales person and let him know that I was going to head over to Roswell Infiniti of North Atlanta to buy their last new 2014. Despite several poor experiences with the Roswell Store's service department in the past, our experience with their sales people had been fine to this point. That all changed when it came time to make the purchase. I will spare the details but can assure you that my wife and I will never go back to that dealer again. As I was thinking to myself, nothing feels good or right about this deal or process, my wife sent me a text saying she found another new 2014 at Infiniti of South Atlanta which despite the similar name is completely unaffiliated with the aforementioned dealer. So I picked up my phone and called them from the salesperson's office. Gary Dennis answered the phone. I informed him of exactly where I was, what I was interested in and what I wanted to pay for it. Gary placed me on a brief hold and then came back and said they were good to go and when did I think could I be there? I drove almost an hour south of where I was to Infiniti of South Atlanta. When I arrived, the car had already been cleaned up and was parked out front. As I walked in the front door, Gary was there to greet me (I had provided him an ETA based on what my NAV said) with a simile. We went into Gary's office to briefly go over their VIP service program which allows you to have your car serviced while you travel. You park in their reserved spaces at The Parking Spot 2, they pick up your car, service it, clean it and return it while you're away! They also cover up to 10 days of parking for you each time!! Plus, if you get all of your service done with them, your oil changes are free. This was huge benefit for us as my wife and I both travel for work and live about an hour from Infiniti of South Atlanta. Gary then suggested we go for a drive and inspect the vehicle to make sure its exactly what we wanted before we go any farther. The vehicle was perfect, exactly as Gary had described it on the phone. The test drive went perfect and the paperwork began. There were no surprises, no excuses no talking to me like I was a four year old and no telling me why they couldn't do one thing or another and no telling me I was wrong. Furthermore, there was no going back and forth to get to where I had said I wanted to be on the car. They even gave me a very strong price on my trade. Gary was a true professional at all times and more importantly a real class act. I would recommend Gary and his team at Infiniti of South Atlanta to anyone that is in the market for a new or used vehicle. More

Truly Amazing Customer Service!!! Vernon Fraley was such a nice guy! He made the car buying experience enjoyable and simple. His knowledge of all the Infiniti vehicles was impressive. I had a lot of questions about various models and he was able to answer them all! The process of buying a car was simple and painless. Vernon explained all of the details and answered all my questions about buying versus leasing, down payment, and explained all of the wonderful benefits to being a customer of Infiniti of South Atlanta. He took the time to program my phone to my car, and explain all the many feature of my new car. Vernon has called to check on us and see how we are liking the car, and asked if we had any questions. Best Expierence Ever 11-5-14 During the last year, I have been considering a new Auto. I have viewed many dealership sites, talked to a few salesman and test driven a few autos. In late September 2014 , I called Adonis and informed him that I was ready to purchase an Automobile. Adonis (Andre) was friendly, helpful and very professional and I felt very honored, that Adonis had been very patience in my searching for a Auto. After telling Adonis (Andre) what I wanted, he quickly found my Chevy Camaro, I test drove my Camaro and then begin completing the transaction in a most pleasant manner, a deal was quickly made. My Camaro was detailed, filled with gas as Adonis explained it features. I truly appreciated his friendly and professional demeanor. Some of my friends have experienced negative experience in the car dealing experience I believe, however a salesman like Adonis made this positive for me. I would gladly recommend your dealership Infinity of South Atlanta to others. Dealing with Adonis was the motivation to purchase a Chevy Camaro from Infinity of South Atlanta. I felt respected and honored as a customer. I am very satisfied with my 2010 Chevy Camaro. I am still enjoying this experience. I figured this feeling would disappear after a few weeks of owning a new vehicle but it has not. Adonis epitomizes customer service. Many point to and talk about what is important in quality processes, but Adonis really get it. That is most likely why even in the midst of economics that many of us face (both personal and professionally) but Adonis and Infinity South continues to shine above the rest. I would like to insert a small reminder. It is sometimes hard to find the right equation when combining both business and employees, but I think Infinity South got it (Adonis). Hats off to Adonis (Andre) who treated me like a million bucks and I really felt like one of the family.
