Unprofessional Liars I don’t know where to begin expressing my disgust with Infiniti of South Atlanta. Upon arriving at this dealership, I waited over 20 minutes as I was I don’t know where to begin expressing my disgust with Infiniti of South Atlanta. Upon arriving at this dealership, I waited over 20 minutes as I was walked past and ignored by numerous associates. No one even bothered to speak to me or my 7 year old daughter. Finally Amber came to greet me, and she was very polite and helpful throughout the entire process, but aside from Amber every aspect of Infiniti of South Atlanta was sorry. Not only was I ignored by associates including the manager, but it took them 5 hours to sell me a car even though I came in the door with a cashiers check. They knew before I arrived I had my own money, but still could not complete this transaction quickly. Even worse, after SEARCHING for the exact car I wanted, I drove 9 hours from St. Louis to purchase. But after I signed on the dotted line is when things got horribly worse. During the test drive I noticed the car needed to be aligned, and I requested this be fixed before I get on the road with my daughter to go home. I waitied an additional hour for this to be fixed, was given the keys and told everything was right. I got on the road to go home, but immediately realized the steering was off, worse than before, and immediately turned around to the dealership. They called for the same technician who worked on my car before to redo what he didn’t do right the first time, instead of calling on someone to do it right. I waited for an additional 2 hours this time, and again ignored by everyone in the building. Not one single associate asked me if I needed anything, gave me an update while I waited, or looked in my direction. This totaled me being at this place for 7 HOURS, before I got my car back which finally felt ok to drive this time. I started home, but after about an hour the same problem begin to return…my car started pulling to the right, very hard! I had to stop halfway between St. Louis and Atlanta, in Tennessee and pay for a hotel because I did not want to risk driving it at night. I finally made it home and got my car to Plaza Infiniti the very next day and explained the situation to them, and to both managers from Infiniti of South Atlanta Vernon Fraley & Jonny Hamer. They both told me they'd do whatever to make this right, and would take care of the situation. Plaza Infiniti called me & told me what I already knew, which was my car needed an alignment, but the following news was DISTURBING. The reason my car needed an alignment was because 2 tires were cupped from uneven wear, and one of them had an impact bubble. The steel belts in the tire were actually broken inside, and the only thing holding the tire together was the rubber on the outside, but NO ONE at Infiniti of South Atlanta was concerned enough to truly investigate this and fix it before they put me and my 7 year old daughter on the highway for 500 miles. That’s truly sad and disturbing! The only way you miss something like this is when you don’t actually do a 167 point inspection, you just claim to! Even worse, I had the techs at Plaza Infiniti research when my car had been “certified,” and Infiniti of South Atlanta performed their half @$$ version of a certification inspection only days before they sold me the car, yet they also failed to perform two major software updates to the car. They did not perform the software update to the ECU which controls my engine, nor did they perform the software update to my transmission. After these discoveries the rep at Plaza told me he was CERTAIN Infinity of South Atlanta did not truly complete a Certified inspection, but Plaza Infiniti fully restored my car to where it should have been before I purchased it. But the story gets worse! Although both Vernon Fraley and Jonny Hamer gave me their word they would take care of me, once Plaza Infiniti put new tires on my car and performed an alignment no one from Plaza Infiniti or myself could get Vernon or Jonny to answer or return any of our phone calls. What more needs to be said??? More

I was kindly welcomed upon arrival and given VIP treatment throughout my experience. I was shown vehicles in my price range and they definitely exceeded my expectations. I was assisted from start to finish including lining up financing and provided with exceptional customer service. The staff and management went out of their way to take care of every detail in a professional and courteous way. I have personally recommended my friends and family to visit this dealership and would use them again if/when the time comes for me to purchase another vehicle. His desire to make sure that we were fully satisfied with the Infiniti we drove off “his” lot has not stopped. There has not been a time that I have called, texted that Gary has not responded in a timely manner. Most importantly his responses have been solutions that have solved my concerns. Before I purchased my 2015 Infiniti QX60 I consider myself and Audi or VW man… I have been converted. When I trade my VW Passat it will be with Infiniti of South Atlanta. Great Job Gary More
