My husband and I were looking for a good, used car and had narrowed it down to Lexus and Infiniti. We drove over to Infiniti of Scottsdale and were met by Bob Shoffman who couldn't have been more pleasant or professional. He spent a good amount of time with us and actually listened to us as we stated what we were looking for in a used Infiniti product. He showed us a gorgeous G35 that was only a year old with low miles in a color we liked. After calling him the following day to say we had decided on the car, he worked with us even further in getting the price down a little more and we couldn't have been more pleased. We then went to Infiniti of Scottsdale and had the pleasure of dealing with Bob Shoffman. He had a warm sense of humor, was knowledgeable and covered every single aspect of Infiniti ownership. We knew Infiniti was a good product by reading auto reviews and consumer reports, but after a test drive in an 08' G35 with Bob, we were sold. I would recommend this dealership and working with Bob to anyone in the market searching for a car. More

Our sales person was very knowledgeable and listened to what my needs were. The finance department is very professional and there were no surprises at the end as I've experienced in the past with other dealerships. The follow up by the dealer manager and others was prompt and sincere. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking for an Infiniti. This is the first car I have bought on my own since I got out of college last year. I have to say that this was an incredible experience both from the test drive standpoint, to the sales/finalization proces out of college last year. I dealt with a new salesman named Seth, who was being trained by Dennis Lowry. We tried out MANY different cars, with several different packages, and in the end I found a car that suited my needs exactly!! The sales staff was very informative about the operations of the car, and trust me there are a lot of little things even I wouldn't have thought it could do!! When it came down to buying the car I dealt with the sales Manager Amir, and in conjunction with Seth we worked out a fair price :-) Delivery was fabulous and although I didn't have a lot of time to go over every function of the car with the staff, they provided me with an opportunity to go over them again, but they would come to my home and do this with me! I have had several followup calls from Seth to make sure I am happy with the car, as well as to see if I have any questions thus far. One great perk of buying here, I must add, is the Trackdays which I am so excited to attend!! Buying from Infiniti of Scottsdale has been one of the most enjoyable experiences thus far, even though it is my first, and I can only hope my next purchase will be even better, if that is possible!!
