Our experience was all good. I wanted a charcoal grey QX56 and they found one for me in California. I had it in a few days and found that there was some water damage on the inside (the sunroof had been l QX56 and they found one for me in California. I did a lot of research online before I even went to the dealer so knew I wanted the M35. I also knew I wanted a black exterior and interior but they helped me with different options.
