The next day I called Scottsdale Infinity and inquired about their inventory, and with in a day or two, they had the perfect replacement G. I had some special requests for the vehicle before I took delivery...and without hesitation, the vehicle was done and ready for me to pick up. The Denali I needed to tow a boat (which I purchased from them as well) so I decided to give Kevin another chance...and without pause we had the same outcome as stated above. I asked for a quote via email. He was very responsive and competitive with no hassle. I then made an appointment to test drive the vehicle. I was able to access the dealer inventory which was most helpful as competitive with no hassle. I then made an appointment to test drive the vehicle. I purchased the vehicle that day. I since has to bring the car back several days later to have the dealer make one minor adjustment. He responded right away and the problem was fixed. Anybody can be your best friend before the sale. I would rather judge a dealer after the sale. So far, they have been professional and courteous. This is my first experience with Infiniti with only positives to date. More
