My dad spoke with Steven Fitch before I got off work to meet him there and he had answered all of my dads questions thouroughly and was very knowledgable about the car. My dad was very pleased with his service and was very happy to show me the car. (my dad is probably one of the hardest people in the world to please and impress when it comes to cars). So I was very surprised that my dad already had all of his questions answered by the time I got there! Steven was great, the best car dealer I have ever worked with! He even helped me to figure out how I could budget the car into my monthly expenses and how to help me fgure out the best way to spend the money I had made from my wrecked car. I didnt even plan on buying a car that exact day, but Steven went out of his way to help us and stay late at work, he was also very reasonable when working out a price that we could both agree on. I will definetely recommend infiniti of scottsdale and Steven to all of my friends, family and coworkers and of course return next time I want to buy a new car!! The car is great, I got a mercedez herd-top convertible and I couldn't be more happy with it! We started looking online. Lindsay was very prompt w/responses to any and all questions. Once we arrived at the dealership, she gave us more than the usual "around the block" test drive, which gave u w/responses to any and all questions. We were always promptly greeted at the door and offered water. There was absolutely NO PRESSURE... The only negative was a bit of an attitude by the person in the accounting office, which seemed odd to me since we were paying for it in full. The vehicle was perfectly clean, full of gas and the paperwork was done quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend this dealership. More
