Absolutely the best car buying experience I have ever had. I use them for all my service checks and the staff is always extremely friendly even when I show up without an appointment. The sales staff has always been friendly when I stop by during service. I asked specifically for Stephen when I was ready to purchase the 2nd car as I remembered him being very friendly. I was right as he was great to work with. One other important thing I noticed, visiting other dealerships in the past I always found it annoying that the sales people did not know much about the cars, this is not the case at Infiniti of Scottsdale. Stephen knew everything about the car. I would definitly recommend Infiniti of Scottsdale to anyone looking for a new or used car. More

Steve was great. He handled all my questions and got me the exact car I wanted. I had to wait for the car to be shipped from Texas, and he provided me a loaner car at no cost until my car came in. The car sold itself, and Marlon Darton sold the dealership. I knew instantly after meeting him that if I bought the particular car I was looking at that I was going to buy it from him: he is strai dealership. I knew instantly after meeting him that if I bought the particular car I was looking at that I was going to buy it from him: he is straight up, direct, informed, knowledgeable. I did check out the two competing Infiniti dealers, too. A good sign for this dealer: the on-line inventory reveals the specific options on each car, so you know what is in fact what. That's partially what I mean by direct, clear. The deal making part here was brisk and swift and fair. The wax job thing, that's a little rich, as is the doc fee: but that's the industry, not the messenger. Marlon is great soul to work with and certainly I'd buy as many cars from Marlon as possible (and I say this having bought a lot of cars over the years). One final note: the trade in was actually fair. So many dealers do the grotesque low-ball thing (North Scottsdale BMW, for example: good grief): and it was really refreshing to get a straight and honest figure on the value of my trade. So, great dealer, tremendous customer service, and remarkable representation by way of Marlon Darton. More
